My weight dropped. My digestive system has returned to operating well. I feel more energetic. I sleep better. A little extra gas produced is a small side effect of all of the good bacteria and enzymes doing their thing.

I am on my second bottle of these probiotics, so the jury is still out. But, they have not upset my system at all. I do take them with a bit of food though, as recommended. The product seems to be well made and doesn't contain a lot of unwanted ingredients. I hope this is what is helping my constipation. It certainly isn't adding to the problem. Will continue to purchase this.

I got these after my son’s dentist recommended probiotics to help with his bad breath. He has good dental hygiene, although he is autistic and sensitive to brushing. It really has fixed the problem for him. The foul smell was coming from his stomach. The dentist recommended probiotics for his developing allergies. I ordered more on subscription.

This probiotic supplement is admittedly somewhat effective, however, it is undeniably less so than others I have tried. Granted, this claims to be a shelf-stable product and I am in no position to refute that claim. However, I think that if you have refrigeration to begin with, probably best to go with another brand.

The capsules are easy to swallow, but the bottle size feels small for the price. Overall, it’s effective and worth it if you’re serious about improving your digestion.
