Bought this after buying an original mechanical one. Don’t waste the money on the mechanical if you are unsure if that’s the problem. Carb was not getting fuel, assume bad fuel pump. Turns out vacuum issue that drives fuel pump. Electric bypass the issue and wired it into the headlights. Turn on headlights and pump runs. You’re welcome for the wiring plan. Simple fix.

Ordered this for my John Deere x320 riding mower to get the correct pressure. Have been having problems with the old style vacuum pressure pump. This seems to have fixed the problem with the kawasaki engine. stalling and backfiring. Not to many places to fit it, but where the old one was bolted on too and had to use the headlight wires to plug it in with so it works off of the ignition key in the lights position. thanks.

I really wanted to like this pump. It was simple and straightforward. It seemed to work well at first, then stopped pumping. It was still running, just not moving fuel. Tried troubleshooting,.. it just wasn't going to pump anything else. Returned it.

Came earlier than expected, wish it had come with the other end of the connector had to splice the wires, an that is the only complaint, it works as expected getting a 4 star cause of that... But for the money can't expect everything I recommend
