These great value and I hope it stays that way. They do work in combination with a sugar free and low starch diet. It doesn't drastically lower your sugar like metformin but I feel it helps keep my sugar low.

I am on my second bottle already but not sure if it helped me a lot because my sugar level is still high, even though I have been avoiding sugary food lately. I probably should double the dose and I'll see if it works. For now, I will give it a 3.

I just received my delivery. I tried to read the information BUT the barcode sticker covers it all. I want to know if you need to take TWO capsules per meal OR per day? With the 40 year of production, surely they could make this clear. Lots of users are saying it does not work, hopefully I don't have that issue.
