My nails were much longer and very damaged. The majority of them were beginning to crack & peel across the nail bed! I knew I needed to do something fast to stop the broken sides from breaking further as it was already oversensitive & trimming the broken parts off isn't an option! I tried brush on nail glue & it initially worked however, it was inflexible so it also cracked, allowing the nail to be unstable again. I cleaned my nails with polish remover, buffed the nail lightly, applied the gel glue resin & dipped my nail in the powder. Once it dried, I repeated the steps once more then buffed them to smooth them. I only did the lower half of each nail...and it really isn't visible! So far my nails not only look natural but I'm having a hard time figuring out where all of the cracks were in my nails! They are repaired, supported & no longer oversensitive. This kit is AMAZING! I still have a lot of the gel glue & powder left in case I need another nail bandaid. If you have longer nails this is a great thing to keep near your bandaid just in case of a split, crack or peeling nail emergency. Don't wait until you need it like I did. I'm grateful they shipped it so fast & I received the kit the next day. My left hand first fingernail was in danger of bleeding soon if I didn't repair it. I'm thrilled with the results. It was incredibly easy & quick to reinforce the last half of each of my finger nails. It's thin but strong! The clear is indeed actually clear once buffed smooth. I don't know how long it will last or how well it will hold up but I have enough left if needed. If it holds to allow the breaks to completely grow out, I will make sure to purchase more to keep in our medical kit.

So great! My nail bed is damaged so my nail has a permanent split down the middle. I’m constantly picking at it. Total mess! This kit is so easy to use and worked perfectly! Brush on the gel and dip your nail in the powder. It dries fast. File a little and what you have is a strong , smooth nail. No more crack!

I had a horizontal nail rip just below the free edge on my thumb. I immediately went on Bolo and ordered this product. It arrived in less than 24 hours!! I used the product and the first time trying it out, it lasted one week exactly with two coats as recommended by reviews. I polished all my nails with a clear polish and it looked fine. I followed the instructions and removed it and did it again for week two. This time I used three coats and it lasted 2 1/2 weeks, polishing again with a clear polish. Because of the length of time it lasted, it showed the growth from the cuticle (with a cloudy film) because it is almost like an acrylic nail job.Pros:fast deliveryeasy to use, polish nail with liquid and dip into powder. I will continue to use it to see how long I can get my nail to grow, before I have to eventually cut it. It is such a good product that I am now traveling with it. As we all know, handling suitcases with long nails will result in a ripped nail.I have not tried any other nail glue so there is nothing to compare it to but this works!!!

This product works great! I had a tear in my middle finger nail that went about halfway across. (See photos). I did two layers of the dip just to be safe since it was a pretty long break. It dries rock solid and over a week later is still holding up amazingly. I have no doubt it will last until the nail is long enough to cut off the break. It was my first time using this kind of product and although I’m sure I can and will improve in my implementation, I am satisfied with the finished look. I definitely recommend it to repair broken nails.Photos are of the break, after 2 layers of dip, then after applying gel polish normally.

This was created by a genius! Once in a while I’m blessed to have a full set of unbroken nails. I was so bummed the other day when one of them split and subsequently cracked halfway through. I’ve always just cut it off and started again but this time I vowed to try and save it. After looking at dozens of products and reading reviews I decided to try this product. 5 days after using, I’m here to say it’s a WINNER!! My nail is still in tact and looks as natural as the others. Easy to follow directions make it so simple to keep that broken nail in tact. Look no further if you need to repair a crack/break. 5 min + a couple quick coats of polish and you’ll be out the door for that night out!! 💯

Overall this is a good product if you just have brittle and bendy nails, AND it’s super easy to use and doesn’t take a lot of time at all—which is why I have this 3 stars. Unfortunately I was looking for a product to help when I split a nail on the side or even down the middle but this is not it. It states to keep adding layers for firmer protection but more than 2 layers looks bulky and fairly obvious. After two thick layers it seemed to work for about two hours then my nail just finished tearing off with all the product I put on it. It left me with a slow peeling layer on the remaining nail which looks weird but not too much of my complaint. ALSO if you don’t plan to paint your nails or don’t plan to use this product on every nail then it will be very obvious/sticks out on the one or two nails you use. I didn’t realize that it would maintain a frosty look and I can’t paint my nails for the life of me so I was stuck for a couple hours with that one nail.

This product is quite messy and hard to use... the first time I had fingers stuck together. The second time was a bit easy as I only applied to the cracked nail but it didn't fix it. Now I'll have to wait until that layer wears off before trying again.
