Im on my third jar in a year.... it tastes good and its just so easy to use. This just smells and tastes like I expect garlic to and its easy to mix into marinades. All my jars have arrived fine with a good seal and no leakage. A jar is lasting us (2 people) about 5 months in fridge after opening with no significant decline in flavor.

I purchased this after watching a cooking show and thinking about all the garlic I have bought that shriveled and dried up, then was thrown away. As often as I use garlic in my cooking and still having substantial waste of this ingredient, I tried this form and brand. It is wonderful. Tastes fresh, so easy to use without leaving the awful smell on my hands or cutting board, I ask myself how I waited this long to try it. I recommend TAJ Garlic Cooking Paste because it is economical, easy to use, and has great flavor. I will be purchasing it again.

I have bought this product more than once and love using it in my cooking! I really prefer to use this paste. Also it's very easy to use when you make garlic bread. It's a good quality product and always taste fresh.

I always buy these big jars of Garlic paste (and Ginger paste). This is no different from the ones I buy at the Indian grocery store. Nice, fresh with no weirdness about them. Absolutely no problems what so ever. Buy with confidence!As a note: Not sure if this is how they always come, but WOW what a packing job!!! I bought the Ginger paste at the same time and both jars came individually wrapped with multiple and I mean MULTIPLE, layers of protected bubble wrap around them in the box. Really an A+++ job!Happy customer!

I removed the plastic seal and went to open the jar and the entire thing shattered.

It takes the job of peeling and chopping the garlic and then delinv with the strong garlic smell on your fingers/ but for certain dishes like Italian the fresh chopped garlic is a must.

Ok so I'm no cook, but trying to learn. I was hoping this would come with an equivalency measurement on it. Like one tablespoon equals x amount of fresh garlic cloves. I wanted to be able to use this product in place of the fresh garlic most recipes call for, but I'm just not sure how much to use. Unfortunately there was nothing stating how to use it on the jar or on the packaging. This would surely be helpful. For this reason I gave the product 3stars. If the company included this information I'd change that to 5stars. The ease of use would be excellent if only they had some directions, some product info. If I could get that answer and know how to properly use this product I would definitely purchase it again and again cause it is tasty. Also, it doesn't say how long it's good for once opened. No exp date that I could see. This is not beginner friendly lol.
