This is supposed to really help hair growth however I couldn’t take it long enough to really see any difference because it was very harsh on my stomach. Even when taken with food.

I used this product as part of my daily anti-aging beauty regime. I took one capsule a day as a supplement with food. I noticed my long hair was thinning out and that I was losing more and more hair each day. I believe that it helped reduce the amount of hair I lost each day especially when used in conjunction with hyaluronic acid. I did notice that I was sleeping better as well, but I'm not sure if that was due to other steps I had taken. I also believe that it improved the appearance of my acne prone, dry skin that was starting to wrinkle. The fine lines aren't as prominent as they were in the past. Again I was taking the Saw Palmetto in conjunction with Hyaluronic acid. I love that the pills were easy to swallow. It also includes other organic BENEFICIAL ingredients that I wanted to add into my diet such as turmeric, black pepper, maca root, green tea, and ginger power. The price seems reasonable for a 90-day supply.

I really like this product. I was mainly looking for a saw palmetto product but really like all of the other benefits of this priduct as well. The ingredients mainly come from extracts which was the main reason I tried it. The ashwaganda root and shilajit seem to come through in the energy I recieve from the product as well. (I tend not to take it too late at night before bed since it may be a reason I am so alert and awake following taking it.) When I researched a few of the other more expensive products I feel like this one really holds it value and I will be purchasing again once I run out.
They Work!
In combination with Pumpkin seed oil these tablets have taken me from 4-5 times a night to once, you know what I mean. They also help in passing so have obviously lessened the enlargement and reduced pressure on my Urethra. Definitely worth it and they work for me.
