I love real maple products. It started with an 8 ounce container. I think that lasted 2 days. I then ordered a one pound container and it barely made it a week. When I saw the bucket, it was too good to be true. I don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing but this stuff is addictive. I am now working on my third bucket! The only down side I can think of is getting that darn lid off. I know they use this type of bucket out of necessity so the product can survive shipping, but...better be prepared. I use a swim cap on the bottom to maintain a grip while my husband attempts to manage the lid. WELL WORTH THE EFFORT!

The quality of this isn't what I thought it would be. It has a slight taste of mold it was dark and separated had to stir and even then I'd just rather buy it in the smaller jars.

Excellent quality maple butter, not a ton to say about it - tastes great, good consistency, everything you could possibly hope for in your maple butterIf you've never tried maple butter it's essentially real maple syrup but with more of the water removed, great on toast (and most anything else you can think of that's complimented by maple)If you have any kids they'll love this stuff, fully recommend though even if you don't

This tastes great, I couldn't tell any difference from the 1 pound size, no dark or burned taste like some other reviews mentioned. My only complaint is the consistency is thinner than some other brands. That might be a good thing if you are looking for it to be spreadable out of the fridge. It's definitely that. But the extra water implies you're getting less actual maple compared to some other brands I've tried, and that kind of undoes some of the savings you get from the bulk buy.

I use this for the sugar in my bread recipes. It adds amazing flavor and beautiful browning. The directions say to refrigerate after opening so I would not say it spreads easily. The 7 lb container is a lot and the lid is difficult to open. Still I am pleased with how well it works for my purposes.

The maple cream tasted burnt and had a very dark color. I tried it once and could not try it again. It was that strong. A total waste of my money.

This is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It is so creamy and good. I love to dip apple slices in it and spread it over homemade waffles instead of butter. I plan to always have this on hand.
