I used this product when I was TTC. It gave me great insight into when the best days were to try, and it let me know that I had ovulated! It definitely helped feeling like I knew what my body was doing and when!

I’ll start by saying I didn’t know this was for IVF purposes. I was having hormone imbalance issues caused by a stressful accident and I wanted to see what all my body was doing. I ordered the Predict and Confirm kit first from Bolo and quickly learned my progesterone wasn’t up to par. I then purchase the Complete kit from the Prove site to get a more rounded picture of my hormones. The app? I LOVE. It was easy to stay on track. Easy to log data when keeping to the time. It’s so detailed that I basically watched my surprise ovulation, conception, and implantation in real time. I got two positive pregnancy tests much earlier than I should’ve.My only critique is, with the Confirm and Predict kit you get enough strips to test LH twice a day, the Complete kit could’ve used that too.

First off this is the easiest app to use that i tried while trying to conceive. The app makes it easy for you to not have to guess your results since photos are taken and they can review it. After tracking a full cycle they recommend additional progesterone, which was easy to get and delivered straight to my door. Took that my next cycle as recommended, and I got a positive pregnancy test! Also, messaged into the team a few times to get answers or clarification on things and they got back to me within 24 hours. This is a nice, quicker alternative than waiting or trying a fertility doctor in my opinion. For the price and knowledge you gain, you can’t beat it!

After testing with Proov Complete for one cycle, I've decided to try Predict and Confirm mostly because of the lower price. I tested LH levels using both Proov Predict and Premom ovulation strips and the results were so different. I was following other indicators of ovulation and it seems like Predict was off. So I am not sure what to think about that. Confirm test strips were weird. You barely could see urine going up the strip and also results were so light colored. The app did read the results so I guess they work. And I did have positive results. All in all, it seems fine but I think I will definitely use Complete in the future.

I spent months buying different versions of proov...and while the app is helpful to track and see a little more detail... the truth is the cheaper ovulation sticks will do the same trick. This method did not increase my chances.

This was the very first kit I tried and it showed me I had low pdg! I got the balancing oil shortly after. Using these made me actual have more knowledge on my cycles and finally figured out where I needed more support to get pregnant

Bottom line is that the “confirm” strips, which are meant to confirm that you’ve ovulated, do not work.These strips told me that I had NOT ovulated during the cycle I used them for. I am now 36 weeks pregnant from that same cycle. Clearly I had ovulated and yes I followed the directions as close as humanly possible.The test caused unnecessary stress for me since when I got my positive pregnancy strip, I was paranoid that my progesterone levels might be too low to sustain the start of the pregnancy. I had nothing to worry about though. Every time my hormone levels were checked by my OB, they were totally fine.I wanted to leave this review since I know how important this kind of information is when you’re ttc. It needs to work! We’re bombarded by so many different products to help out that it can make you feel crazy trying to find the ones that’ll actually help. And while I appreciate the owner’s journey and desire to provide something to fill a need, the bottom line is that the strips are not accurate. I just hate the notion that there might be women out there who might be getting a reading that says they’re not ovulating when they actually are. It’s disheartening to say the least. This journey is hard enough without that added confusion. I also saw that there were others who had posted reviews with a similar story (negative reading but then got pregnant) and it gave me some reassurance during that period where I thought my progesterone might be too low. I hope this helps give some hope/reassurance to others.
Great product with excellent customer support
This product is so helpful for women who are trying to understand their cycle better. Not only are the tests easy to use, the customer support is very hands on and helpful if you have some further questions!
Takes the guessing out of trying to conceive
I found Proov really helpful and easy to use. You can take pictures of the strips and upload them to the Proov app which is really accurate. I've found it detects ovulation a little later than the cheaper strips but with much greater accuracy! Also, the progesterone strips are a game changer and really help you to understand if you might have low progesterone which is stopping you conceiving. Oh and the Proov support team are incredible! They are sooo responsive (like respond within an hour!) and always willing to help.
Good info to have
If you want to know if you’re ovulating successfully, this is good to have on hand. It gives you peace of mind that everything is doing what it should be. I did not get pregnant my first cycle using this. The month AFTER I used this, I did nothing and sure enough, that worked. I did enjoy this product tho. But I think you’d only need to buy is 1x to confirm your ovulation
Easy to use and insightful info
Easy to use this test. Amazing customer support for reassurance of results. App is easy to use to view test results. Guidance on the app has been useful. It showed I was light on pdg and gave tips for increasing this. I’m working on these and retesting this month. I’m also hoping it’ll help when we have our doctors appointment to show them the results. Would highly recommend.

used this exactly accordingly, said i didn't ovulate. gave myself so much extra anxiety and grief. ended up getting pregnant that same cycle.could have been a faulty test but just not worth the cost if there's a chance it's not correct in my opinion.
