This product is for older people that have a problem with swallowing.The powder form of this product does not dissolve well. Not too badin cold drinks, terrible in hot drinks like coffee. It balls up and lookslike a cotton ball!!!! This type product cannot be returned. Better touse the liquid form that comes in small packets.

This item has been ordered twice for 200 places, both delivered boxes only contained 25 packets and got billed for $55.98. You can’t retune these boxes because it’s considered food. How is this prefer being picked. Our initial order was fulfilled just fine, is this a computer glitch or what??
