I'm rarely surprised by the quality of a product but this one was awesome. I've had many junk pizza cutters over the years usually bought at the grocery store check out rack. Cheaper brands have a single bracket holding a small cutting wheel, weak construction and end up a rusty wobbly mess in the back of the kitchen drawer. When I opened this one the quality was so obvious it was like a gleaming revelation with host of angels singing in the background. The ergonomic handle is non-slippery and adequately sized to grip well and feel secure in the hand, the protective guard is not flimsy and the 4 inch cutter wheel is supported on both sides by strong legs, the larger diameter 4" cutter wheel rolls and cuts more smoothly and with less effort than the tiny grocery store pizza wheels...This OXO brand is built to work well, last long and be a pleasure to use.ps: I found a leather pizza wheel protective cover to hide the sharp edges while in storage here on Bolo https://www.Bolo.com/gp/product/B0CJLS3QCZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've spent far too much of my life using cheap pizza cutters that just smash the pizza into submission instead of cleanly severing slices.No more.This pizza cutter is excellent. It is sharp and takes very little effort to glide through thick and thin crust pizzas alike. It actually cuts all the way through the slice in one pass, so you don't need to go forward and back over and over like you are sawing through the slice. The handle is well sized for adult hands, has a good handguard, and the fork that holds the cutter wheel is solid so the wheel does not wobble.The only thing I wish it had is a decent blade cover for storage. It has a thin plastic bag-like sleeve that it is shipped in, but that is not ideal for keeping it (and you) protected when it is in a drawer.
