I was left this skil jigsaw by my late stepfather along with some other tools, but had very difficult time finding replacement blades. Ordered this set out of frustration with the lack of options at retail store, and I’m glad I did. You get so many different blades, most of which I probably won’t use (metal), and they look and feel sturdy. The photo I took of the blades shows how a few match up with the Skil blade (all black and no writing). Anyways, can’t give 5 stars yet until I see how they perform once I finish a couple projects.

Recently I purchased a new jig saw that is capable of so much more than my 30 year old Jane me down king dad (which I think will probably last forever)… I have so many projects going requiring cutting curves in wood, precision cutting, metal cutting.. the list goes on and on and this set will too easily and quickly have access to the correct blade for the job. My projects will not be hindered by a lack of blades. These are strong, fit well, and I feel safe using them to handle the variety of materials I work with. It’s a great set!
