I do feel that when I use liquid iv I feel like I stay better hydrated throughout the day. The tangerine is one of my favorite flavors and I like that it is an immune booster as well.

My son & husband work out in the heat & this product helps a lot. Only one pack a day does help hydrate you. My son loves this flavor & only this flavor which is hard to find in stores.

It probably doesn’t advertise itself as a UTI preventor but I never drink enough water and I’m more prone to UTIs because of that. The orange flavor actually tastes good and helps me drink more water to stay hydrated after my workouts especially bc I drink a lot of coffee and eat salty foods often. And what can I say, haven’t had a UTI since I’ve started drinking these daily in the beginning of 2025.

Liquid IV is great for when you need a pick-me-up or you're feeling dehydrated. I love that it's got vitamins and electrolytes. It's an easy-on-the-go small sachet that you can add to your water bottle. Tastes great, and the best value for money is purchasing on Bolo. In stores, they are so ridiculously expensive. Tangerine is my favorite flavor of all time!

I've tried various flavors of their products, but can't stand the artificial sweetener in many of them. This version skips some of those and has a pleasant taste as a result. I will note that the only artificial sweetener flavor I like is their White Peach.I will note that I mix these around 1/2 the recommended ratio, unless I've been especially active.

Good bye cramps and dehydration. I struggle with the heat. Liquid IV is the drink to overcome that. Not only does it taste great it cures any issues asap. It’s the best bang for your buck!

it seems like no matter how much I drink I keep ending up dehydrated with leg cramps. Thank goodness, I discovered liquid IV because it’s been a real help to me… And it taste great.

My daughter, who is an emergency RN, swears by this product . We travel with it. She actually used it for us to drink as if we were receiving an IV. I can't say anything about other brands. This is the one she told me to buy my own supply. I dehydrate easily.

Very useful for hydration while I play.
Really tasty
These are the tastiest hydration sachets I have found. Others have a salty or acidic taste, where this is sweet and really easy to drink.
