Not horrible but definitely has an after taste that kind of reminds me of baby aspirin.

I used this as a pudding for a snack at night. The fruity flavor has no lingering aftertaste. It makes a nice size portion. It can have a bit of a grainy texture if not mixed well. Very satisfying.

Bought this during a liquid fast my hubby needed to take before a procedure. He also has a lapband and is diabetic. He really liked this drink - fruity orange flavor. Worked great. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. For some reason our shopper ranks are no longer visible - so, to give you a little more info about me, I am a top 50 reviewer (#30 the highest rank achieved). Those numbers used to fluctuate over time - up and down but I noticed that they stopped updating regularly - perhaps to phase them out. I've been doing reviews for over 25 years with Bolo - nearly 6,000 reviews, viewed over 50,000 times, nearly 24,000 likes.

Does not mix well.I have tried putting the powder in the glass first, and tried adding it in after the water.. both times it get VERY CLUMPY and does not totally dissolve, the taste seems to be fine if you could get it all mixed.Really dissapointed, was hoping for a nice refreshing cold drink. Too expensive and I will not buy again

At first I was skeptical, but I added a squirt of Mio fruit punch and WOW! Changed the game! I am a bariatric patient and I have to come up with all the solutions to incorporate a high protein substitute in my diet. The box looks a little cheap and generic but this stuff is the TRUTH! After adding the mio the taste was perfect. It’s worth a try
