The shoes are very comfortable and stylish. The color is the same as advertised. I walk on tile and carpet floors and haven’t had any issues with traction or slipping. I have not added any inserts for arch support so they are cushioned pretty well so far. The shoe is true to size. I’ve had the shoes for a few weeks and I’ve worn them over 6 times and they’ve held up to regular wear and tear with no scuff marks. Overall I love the shoe and would highly recommend!

These are simple, classic high quality pumps that will coordinate with pretty much any color in your wardrobe. Can pair with dresses and suits for the office, or with denim on business casual days. I found them comfortable overall, only experiencing discomfort after a very long workday where I was at a standing desk all day (which was my choice) followed by wearing them through 2 airports…. but that’s on me! They looked so nice with my outfit that I couldn’t bear to switch to flats in the airport (lol). Highly recommend and think these are very well-priced for Cole Haan.

I ordered these shoes for my son’s wedding in October. I was thinking I would need time to break them in. I do NOT! They fit perfectly, have traction on the bottom and plenty of cushion. The heel is high enough, but not too high. I will order more colors of this style and brand.

Love these!! Super comfortable and true to size. I would definitely recommend! You can dress up or go casual with these heels. I usually wear a size 9 and sometimes 9 1/2 and the size 9 were perfect!

Very attractive. A little tight at the bridge and ball causing a pinch, so I would probably need a wide instead of a regular in these. Leather looks good.

ouch, these shoes would have been perfect I love the color, and the heel Heights and they do appear to be a cushioned footbed. Only problem is they were super tight. I always wear seven and a half and that was what I ordered. The problem seems to be in the width because if I feel if I ordered a larger size they would have been too long and slipped off. It's a shame because otherwise they're a perfect neutral shoe and good quality
