I got it for the stick blender attachment - it was the same price as just a stick blender, and came with whisk, frother and small food processor (which has more capacity than it looks). Since I got it, I have found uses for all the attachments. They all work really well, very handy and convenient to use, easy to clean. I have this set sitting on my counter and i use it multiple times a day. There are adjustable speeds, and a separate max speed button. I never pull down my food processor anymore. Pretty heavy duty usage and still running fine.

Perfect design for small spaces. Stores easily. Just used it for the first time to make fresh orange juice to blend the pulp and it worked great on a low setting. Pulverized the pulp so the blade seemed to cut through well. Also made the most perfect pancakes. Smooth batter, fluffy pancakes. My son has used it to make shakes, he is 13, so definitely easy to use. No smell when blending, super quiet, fast and smooth. Sleek look, I got it in black, does not look cheap. Glad I was picky and waited to decide on the right one.

You will have to make direct contact to Customer Service via email to request warranty registration procedures. Save your Bolo order number as you'll need it. Warranty is for 1 year.Shipment arrived in sealed plastic mailing bag. The lid of folding carton inside the bag had popped open during transit because it wasn't taped, and the locking tab failed to keep lid close. I had to really check to see if I have all the components. The MultiStick checked out just fine and gets a 4 star. The 1 star reduction is due to the opened box lid.

This is an excellent blender with a great motor and ergonomic grip, plus a terrific package of accessories included. What's truly exceptional is their customer service - I had a question about attachment release, and they responded immediately - and solved my problem. They were personable, caring and gracious. I will now look for this brand for any new household item I'm shopping for. A+++++

Interesting story behind this purchase... We weren't really looking for a handheld/immersion blender (we already have one), but we were shopping for a corded frother to replace the battery powered ones we keep buying and burning through. We ran across this Mueller multi-function handheld, which includes a frother, and was on a good sale, so we decided to give it a try. This Mueller model has more functionality than our previous handheld, which is single function (and still works great BTW), and includes a frother wand attachment. The frother attachment works okay, but it has a "wobble" to it, perhaps because it's a longer device, so it takes longer to get the same foam level. The immersion blender attachment works great, but remember not to use it on coated cookware (just like any metal utensils). The single whisk attachment is handy for small whipping jobs. The chopper container is nice to have for small chopping jobs, but you do need to break things down a bit beforehand. Regardless of the attachment you're using, the instructions say to not operate the motor for more than a minute at a time, so this is a lightweight device for small jobs. But it is versatile, and I appreciate the function. It will definitely save getting out a larger appliance for small jobs.

Extremely Disappointed - 110 volts for the UK??

I purchased it for use in the UK, but it arrived with a USA plug and 110 volts, which is incompatible in the UK. The product description failed to clarify this crucial detail, leading to a frustrating and inconvenient situation. Additionally, the inclusion of 'Austria' in the name created the false impression that it was a European product. I now have to bear the burden of return transportation costs. This lack of clarity and additional expenses have left me disappointed with the purchase!!

Exactly what I wanted

I wanted as flexible an immersion blender as I could get and this one is it. 800w of power demolishes frozen fruit in a smoothie. Using the blender portion has been a bit frustrating as it is not a tight seal so you have to make sure you’re applying pressure down to keep liquids from leaking out. I think it’s a small sacrifice as I am impressed by the price and quality. It’s very comfortable in your hand as well. I’m very happy.
