I make a sesame seed snack out of these that has two ingredients, sesame seeds and honey. When you cook them together, following the right method, you get a semihard, candy-like snack. I used to always buy the premade.version, but they're quiet, expensive over time. A bag this size gets me several batches at a good price.

It is a lot of sesame seeds in one order. I am not a commercial baker, but I think this would be an attractive bulk purchase if you are. I was able to spread 1/4 of the bag's content onto a baking dish and toast the seeds for about 15 minutes at 400F. These seeds are un-toasted, so you get to determine what doneness you prefer. They came out fragrant and awesome to be sprinkled on anytime I make stir-fry or Korean japchae. Each seed has good texture--crispy and slightly nutty. I just taped up the remainders and store then in a dry spot in the pantry. The size of the package is not unwieldy to be stored on a shelf.

Smell and taste great. The only downside is the bag is not resealable as presented in the description. Since I can't use it all quickly, I had to come up with a good container to keep it fresh.

This is the first time I try spicy world white seasame. I am very pleased with the purchase. The seasame seed looks fresh and well dry. I usually use them to mix them with dried oregano and it taste amazing. It. Is definitely organic and the 3 pounds bag is good purchase with the price. Sometime I buy seasame form the stores and become spoiled quickly or seems not dry. This brand top it off and the best.
