5.0 out of 5 stars You Need This Fireplace In Your Life!
I LOVE this fireplace! It looks realistic with logs. I mean, obviously no one will walk in and say do I need to get wood for the fire…but…the flame and glow are realistic. It’s still too warm to use the heating feature but I predict it will be adequate. We don’t get super cold weather here in the winter and I think it will take the chill off of the living room.Let’s talk about assembly. My husband is 78. I’m 62. He read the instructions to me and I assembled it. About the last hour he left to go get pizza and I finished the assembly. It took me 5 hours including clean up and putting away tools . I know the directions say 2 hours but honestly, I did not want to make any mistakes so I took my time. These are some of the best assembly instructions I’ve seen in years. They are easy to follow and if you follow the steps and don’t try to anticipate you should have no problems. We DID have a couple of minor issues. The plastic stabilizing pieces had a couple of chunks of plastic that filled the hole. Easy fix. We drilled it out but I wrestled with it for 30 minutes before I figured it out. The major problem we had was installing the main mantle. I probably spent an hour or so working on it and scratching my head and finally had to remove 2 of the dowels because they were over 1/8” too high. We tried drilling the hole down more but couldn’t make it work so we took them out. There is still a gap where the top of the mantle meets the front board so my solution was some caulking to eliminate the gap. Pretty easy fix but was a time consuming problem. Honestly, I have no issues with the assembly process but it wasn’t easy peasy lemon squeezey. I am absolutely in LOVE and am SO glad I decided to purchase this taller and wider model.I’m looking forward to accessorizing the shelves and cannot wait to hang stockings this Christmas.I feel like the quality is good. The price was fair. Assembly was about what I expected. Instructions were great. I would recommend this unit to anyone and I’m kinda wishing I hadn’t waited so long to bring this into my life!

This fireplace is very beautiful. Warms up the living room very nicely. Looks stunning, make sure you take your measurements before purchasing because this one was just right and perfect for my living room which is "shmedium" sized. The color is beautiful the shelves are great for books and decor. The settings range from 65°f to 82°f. The setting on the fireplace have three settings, light flames, medium and high flames. For the value of you spend It's very durable very sturdy and it's great quality. I will be getting another one for another part of my home and I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. 100/5 stars! It’s a beautiful centerpiece to a living room! The quality is incredible, extremely durable (very heavy) and even though it recommended 2 people for set up, I was able to put it together myself (granted it took 4-5 hours instead of 2 hours). It’s built really well, the instructions for putting it together are pretty straightforward, just long and many steps. The value for the money is great. I had all the parts I needed and some spares. Everything was in mint condition, no damage or anything. If I have to be really nit picky, there was some smudges that I noticed on one of the front pieces but I had a white paint correcting pen that I used and it mostly covered it. Not noticeable unless you are looking for it up close. Overall I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this fireplace!

We have this gorgeous piece of furniture in our bedroom and we couldn’t be happier! First let me say how well packaged and protected the pieces were in the box which is a good thing since the UPS guy thought he could carry the 100+ pound box on his shoulder. Needless to say the box went over his shoulder and hit the ground hard. Thankfully nothing was damaged. It took my husband and I a couple of days to assemble it since we took a lot of breaks to rest our old bones! The heater (which arrived at the same time as the other parts) is not on in the photo, but it does work well. We love the crackling sound and the dancing “flames”. We are looking forward to a cold day to really put it to the test. This product is highly recommended. It looks great in our bedroom and would look equally great in a family/living room. EDIT: Now that it is cold weather, we have used the heater several times. It warms the room well and is very responsive to the remote. The only concern I have is sometimes it buzzes loudly while running. Not sure what is causing it, but I hope the heater isn’t about to malfunction. If it does, I will contact the manufacturer about a replacement heater in the hopes the company will stand by its product and keep the customer happy.

This thing is a beast. A big, beautiful beast. It's very sturdy. It's heavy. Looks amazing. The fireplace is wonderful and works on remote. The only drawback, other than the weight, was how difficult it was to put together. Clear your calendar. It look several hours.

The fireplace mantle is just as expected. Very fair price for product. Beautiful ambiance. Assembly is quite simple and took under 2 hours. I would recommend 2 people to carry boxed product as it is large and weighs 135 lbs.shipping arrived a day earlier than stated.

The media could not be loaded. If you are looking for a great looking fireplace to add to your living room or done, this is a fantastic option. It is visually aesthetically pleasing. It definitely set the vibe and atmosphere for our holiday season this year. It really was the cherry on the cake and it makes cracking. Sounds like real wood is burning and the heating option is great. It does take about an hour or two to notice a temperature difference in our living room some smaller, living rooms might notice it different. If you go close to it, you will warm up quick, but it will eventually warm up our living room after running for a few hours, overall we love it. It is a great material but installation is very lengthy. You will definitely need to be handy with tools to get this together but overall I rated five stars and recommend this product.
