Bought this to pound tent stakes into the ground when I went camping. It's pretty heavy duty and worked great. It has a little weight to it so I can see where it would be useful for other things as well when a normal hammer would be too much.

The mallet was easy to grip did not slip out of my hand and was very easy to use. I most definitely recommend this product. If you are in need of a rubber mallet, you will not be disappointed.

Couldn’t find my favorite rubber mallet so I purchased this one. Wouldn’t you know that after thirty days, I found mine. This mallet is fine, seems stronger and better made than mine. But! Mine has a wooden handle and is much lighter. Good news is that my husband now has his own mallet and doesn’t mind the extra weight and no longer needs to borrow mine.
