Nice and soft yoga mat. Works great for an exercise mat! It is just the right thickness. It supports my body well for my workouts.

This yoga mat is nice, but it’s not waterproof. I used it twice for hot yoga, and with my sweat, it became very slippery. I had to put a towel on top of the mat to prevent slipping. After using it twice in my yoga class, it ripped.

I'm not a yoga expert. I haven't been doing yoga for years. So I don't know much about yoga equipment, but I looked at many mats and researched a good bit before buying this mat. I've used it a few times and it seems to be exactly what I wanted. It's thick enough to provide a bit of cushioning where I need it, especially my hands when doing a downward dog or a plank. Sometimes I fold the end of the mat over to provide more cushioning.I honestly didn't think that the lines and decorations on the mat would help me at all (again, I'm no expert, I'm just happy to get into the right position by the time the instructor is moving on to the next pose!), but I actually find myself lining up my feet and hands with the markings on the mat.Also, the mat seems pretty durable so far. I've had to scoot my feet in one direction then the other, pivot, slide, etc., (not just step, but actually move my feet across the surface of the mat, which is not easy since the mat provides friction so you don't slip on your sweat) and the mat has not torn yet. I'm a pretty heavy girl, so I was pleasantly surprised that the weight pressing down from my feet onto the mat didn't tear it in any way. And the back of the mat grips my laminate floors well. It doesn't slide at all.It seems to be easy to clean. I have dogs, so I sweep and then Swiffer my floors with a dry pad and then a wet pad before I work out. But there is inevitably still some dog hair and dirt left behind that get on my mat. It looks like it goes away when I just wipe it off with my hand when I notice it in the middle of my workout.I got my daughter one as well and she loves it, too!

This might not seem important to many people, but I wasn't anticipating a yoga design on the front. I don't practice yoga but I do Pilates. They are different! I thought I was buying a plain green mat with a black back. I don't like the yoga design in the front. The full design should have been shown so a person knows what they are buying. Or better yet , no design necessary!

This mat is honestly perfect! Not too thick, not too thin and looks super high quality. I purchased it for my yogi sister around Christmas and she absolutely loves it!

For a quarter inch thick exercise mat it is really good - soft but firm.Not sure of what material it is made of, whether it has any detrimental effect on skin or lungs.Price is too high.
Slip and Slide
Definitely not non-slip. Coming from an average sweater using this in a hot yoga room, my feet and hands do feel like they are slipping around. If you are not too worried about sliding, it is a good mat for the price!
