In today's world where everyone is concerned about contamination, this is an easy to use product. Restaurant grade sanitizer. Unlike bleach where you have to let it sit and then wash surfaces off, spray this on, let it sit for 1 minute and wipe with a clean towel. This is actually a strong sanitizer that is completely food safe. I use it all the time. Especially after raw chicken or pork.
