The taste is not bad, I don’t feel like they make me nauseous or jittery & they’re easy to swallow, I also try to drink 3L of water per day. I’d definitely recommend to anyone trying to lose weight!

This stuff really works. I have tried numerous days with and without, and the difference is unmistakable. I take two in the morning when I wake up with a healthy hot chocolate ( raw cacao powder, no sugar). It does NOT make you shake and wired like a monster energy drink would. Since I'm on an intermittent fasting diet for the past 2 years, this makes it so easy to push my first meal back to at least 1pm.

This definitely gives me a burst of energy. It has 200mg of caffeine per serving size (2 pills)! I can absolutely do more in the gym when I take it which, I suppose, helps me burn more fat. I can't vouch one way or another what it does if you're inactive, though. I've lost 30lbs in the 3 months since taking this supplement, although who knows how much of it is attributed to the supplement alone. That being said, I would say if you don't have any heart problems (or any other concerns from your doctor), then give it a try.

I really wanted to loves these, truly. They're pretty easy to swallow and were part of my morning routine. These DID help me stay full and probably about the first week and a half, it helped cut my cravings AND gave me energy.BUT this is why I couldn't take these anymore. I took them for almost 3 weeks. I missed about 3 or 4 days due to not feeling good, but it was in the last week that this started occurring. This seemed to "lower" my cravings BUT it got to the point where my body was not responding and telling me to eat. My stomach wasn't growling, I wasn't getting hungry and I don't realize it until I actually eat some food and by then, I over ate and am bloated because of it. This was for the last few days of use. On the final day, I was still bloated but decided to take it anyways to see if it was the food I was eating instead. It was a busy day and I was not hungry all day, no stomach growls or anything and just drank plenty of water and juice. It isn't until I'm in the middle of cooking that I start to sweat, shake, and basically feel like I am having a sudden panic attack. Mind you, I am anemic so I get shaky, lightheaded, dizzy and tachycardia, but it isn't extreme unless I don't eat food or my iron supplements and when I eat a snack or supplement, I'm good. I had to down 3 glasses of water, chips, iron supplements and rush to stand infront of the open fridge, shoving strawberries down my throat to calm down and cool down.My husband sat down with me on the couch to calm me down with water, chicken, peanut butter, and half a burger. An hour goes by, I feel better. Please note that in all this, I was not hungry. Nothing told me I was starving. This basically made my body NOT remind me to eat until it started to shut down and this had to be THE WORST episode I have ever had in my life. While a lot of the choices I made were not the best, it was due to this product inhibiting my body's response to NOT eating that lead to all of this.This is extremely unsafe, for me and would just like to warn anyone that if they have issues with this that they should stop immediately. I don't review things much and this is the first long review I have EVER written so please be aware of this if you still decide to take these.

I am a 20 year old male about 200lbs trying to lose weight. Right now I’m in college taking summer classes and haven’t found time to workout and because of the corona virus I don’t feel safe heading to any near by gyms. I’ve been dieting and eating healthier, counting calories and trying not to eat after 8pm. Recently I weighed myself at 193.8 just based on my diet. I than figured why not try a fat burning product to see if it can help me burn some extra weight. I ordered this product after reading the reviews. Some very good and some pretty bad, but being that the ingredients seem natural and that it is Bolos choice I decided to order them. Today is Sunday. I received them yesterday and took 2 in the morning on an empty stomach and today as well about 20-30 minutes before eating breakfast. I don’t really feel much whatsoever. I definitely DON’T feel jittery which is good but I also DON’T feel a boost in energy. I do feel how my body temperature has a raised a bit. Today I took them with my daily vitamins which I’m not sure if it’s good to do or not considering there isn’t much on the bottle instruction wise or warning wise. I also feel a little bit of nausea and have not bad stomach pains but just a lot of gas. This may be all in my head but this may also be a side effect of the product. I researched each of the ingredients and nothing has alerted a red flag. I know some other people have felt similar reactions like me. I’m only on day two so it may be a little to early to actually tell. Today I woke up weight at 196. Maybe I’m to young to be using this product but hopefully over the next few days I can get down to 190. I will continue to add my review here in the next coming day. If after a week I don’t see any results I will stop taking the product because I don’t want to be putting stuff in my body that may be harmful and we don’t really know what’s inside the product. I will continue to add more on my experience over the course of the next few days. Wish me luck.Update 6/23: Woke up yesterday and today weighing in at 192.0 two days straight which is a good sign. No jittering, no bad stomach pains or nausea. Noticed how at one point of the day my body temperature raised very high. Felt fine. Hopefully that’s a sign of the pills burning extra calories. Will update more tomorrow and the rest of the week!After a week of using thisProduct honestly I didn’t see much of a difference in weight loss. As a matter of fact I went back up to 194 while maintaining the same diet I had started with. I didnt feel jittery or have any boosts in energy. Had gas and little stomach aches but nothing to crazy. Had the hiccups and burps occasions and they immediately tasted like green tea. However I did feel an increase in body temperature which may be the way thesePills work as they help you toBurn more calories due toYour body temperature. Also I feel as if throughtout the week I was less hungry and didn’t really have much of an appetite for food which may be something that other people are looking for.So I rate this product 3 stars as it didn’t really work for me and didn’t helpme to lose any excess weight. But it also didn’t mess up my body which is most important. Little side effects. No jitters or boost in energy. No massive weight loss.Need something else that’ll really helpme burn the fat off.Everyone’s different. Try it out and see if it works for you.

Not good for you
I am very disappointed in this product, the label that they show you on the website is lies, when I received the product the actual label is completely different than the one on the website, it doesn’t tell you it’s bad for you if you have high blood pressure or any cardiovascular issues or does not tell you do not take any other caffeine products with the pills or does not tell you do not take if you have iron deficiency, the label is completely wrong from when you receive the product and I tried to return the product and says none refundable, so 30$ in the garbage 😡😡😡😡😡 very disappointed with the product!,,,
Not very effective
I’ve been using this for about two months now. I’ve lost few pounds but It’s kind of slow progress.I’ve noticed I have more appetite in the evening . So weird.
