5.0 out of 5 stars Mind-Blowing Pain Relief!
Y'all, gather around because I've got something to share that's gonna change your pain game forever! The AUVON 4 Outputs TENS Unit EMS Muscle Stimulator Machine is an absolute game-changer! I'm seriously mind-blown by the pain relief this bad boy delivers.First things first, this thing is like a wizard for pain. I've been dealing with nagging muscle aches and pains for years, and this machine is my new best friend. It's got four output channels, so you can target multiple areas at once, which is like having your personal army of pain relief right at your fingertips. The variety of programs and intensity levels is bananas! You can customize your treatment like a boss. Whether it's post-workout soreness, back pain, or just a crick in the neck, this baby's got you covered. The EMS muscle stimulation function is like a mini workout for your muscles – it's like magic, seriously! The battery life is insane. I charged it once, and it's been going strong for weeks. Plus, it's portable, so you can take it with you wherever you go. Pain doesn't stand a chance! And guess what? It's user-friendly AF. You don't need a degree in rocket science to operate this thing. The LCD screen and buttons make it a breeze to use, even for tech-challenged folks like me.Okay, there's a reason I didn't give it six stars. It could use a little more guidance in the manual on where to place the electrodes for different types of pain, but honestly, it's not that hard to figure out.In summary, if you've been dealing with pain and haven't tried the AUVON 4 Outputs TENS Unit EMS Muscle Stimulator Machine, you're seriously missing out! It's like having your personal pain-fighting superhero. Do yourself a favor and click that "Add to Cart" button now – you won't regret it! 💪😍 #PainReliefGuru
5.0 out of 5 stars So far? Excellent!
I’m not going pretend to understand the science behind this product, but I’ve used it for a little while, and I’m comfortable speaking as to my personal experiences. It looks and works as you would expect. The unit is the size of a deck of cards, and it comes with four sets of wires, and some electrodes. The wires connect the electrodes to the unit. The electrodes stick on to your skin in a way that you have possibly experienced in a hospital or therapeutic setting. Just put a few drops of water on them and they adhere to skin nicely.Once you are hooked up, you have your choice of 24 settings for the type of treatment that you want, and then within that type, you can choose the strength of the treatment that you want. As other reviewers have mentioned, for being a small rechargeable unit, the higher settings are surprisingly powerful. So, what exactly are these treatments, and what do they do? How does it feel? The treatments work by transmitting an electrical current into your skin. The electricity stored in the unit travels through the wires into the electrodes, and into your skin. So, what’s good about that? The electricity doesn’t just go skin deep. It goes into the underlying muscles, and that’s where the magic happens. The electrical stimulation causes your muscles to have some activity. It can be just a tiny tingle, or a much stronger effect. I didn’t really entire believe that something small and rechargeable could have a big effect. However, at medium settings, the effect can be strong enough to make the muscles below the electrodes twitch, or even clench and contract. So, what’s that good for? Recently, I had one of those nasty bugs that caused me to cough so hard that I had sore muscles in my back, sides, and abdomen. I put the electrodes onto the affected areas and used a low setting. The little tingle that the electricity put into the sore muscles was very soothing, just the thing I like that I needed. It can handle other issues as well, such as keeping muscles from atrophy if they can’t be normally used. It can range from what feels like a gentle massage all the way to what feels like actually working the muscles.I ran it by my physical therapist, just to be safe, and she gave me the green light.I don’t want to promise you’ll have some sort of miracle, but I can honestly say that I am quite happy with my results so far. Just based on what I’ve experienced so far, if I tried this out at a friend’s house, I would have easily believed that this product could sell for $250-$350. Naturally, it feels to me like a bargain. I’m even willing to say that if I wasn’t one who steers clear of other people’s health (because I’m not a doctor), I’d recommend this to friends and family. I’m even considering breaking my own rule and giving one or two as a gift.So yeah, that all sounds too good to be true to me, and I’m the one who wrote it!TL; DR - I like this little gadget a lot!
4.0 out of 5 stars Very Satisfied and Works Great for a Reasonable Price!
This TENS/EMS Unit is quite inexpensive and yet works very well. I have severe back pain issues that is exasperated by muscle spasms. I am sometimes able to reduce my spasm pain by using this TENS unit rather than having to increase my opioid or muscle relaxer medications. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is in order to choose a different Mode pattern you must scroll through all other modes rather than just simply clicking on the desired mode.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good value
Compact unit, easy to use, very efficient in controlling pain
Works better than expected
I was initially skeptical. Being that it is battery operated and small. I did not want to buy it. I felt I wanted something that plugged in the wall that would have power and would prefer similar to the machine at the Physio therapist office. It does a great job - pass work well and I’m absolutely blown away by the amount of power it has for its size - also the battery last an amazing amount of time. Easy to use and well made. I’m truly impressed. I gave it to my brother and my new one arrives today - you will not be disappointed!
TENS for muscle problems
I struggle with back and ankle problems and see a chiropractor, my mid back get’s stuck and in turn causes muscle problems. Often the muscular problem is delayed rather than instant, it can be triggered by activities such as exercise, DIY or lifting heavy objects it does not trouble me during the day but will suddenly be a problem at night! I don’t know if its linked but I also have restless ankles, again its more of a delayed issue. Even on a normal day without demanding actives I have these issues so most days it’s a problem.Unfortunately its quite disruptive to my night’s sleep and for many years has meant getting as little of 3 hours a night sleep, also when I am asleep I very rarely get a deep sleep. I have tried many techniques before bedtime to try and relax my muscles to help with this, stretching, massage, ice, heat, foam rolling, trigger point and in all cases I can go to bed and feel comfortable for a short while but not long enough to get to sleep or will fall asleep and be woken up by it, at this point sometimes it can really annoy me as I just can’t get comfortable.I’m surprised I took so long to try tens as I have tried most other things long before now, I really do find it help’s and provides a long enough lasting effect to allow me to get some sleep, occasionally I may wake up and need to use if on my ankles as I would not usually do anything on them before bedtime but then all I need is 5 minutes one pad on each ankle and it resolves them problem and makes them feel relaxed. I have found on my back its much more effective to leave it on one setting for the duration rather than keep changing, I have even fell asleep during the day with it on.As far as the device itself, it feels sturdy, well made and of good quality, the screen is big and clear to understand and battery life is good. Having 4 outputs you could use up to 8 pads at a time, so far the first set of pads I have bee using I have used 30 times and they still feel sticky.I have not tried EMS yet but intend to do so as potentially it could help train my core without the activities involved which give me the muscle problems at night. If you are looking for a tens unit I would recommend as the quality for the price is good and you can extend the warranty by registering.
This is the only effective treatment for postherpatic nueralgia
I was suffering terrible from "postherpatic nueraligia" a complication from Shingles. Severe nerve pain untreable with opiates of which I was taking a lot with no effect. I was desperate. A friend suggested a TENS machine. It was a life saver. After I figured out how to use it I was able to get 99% pain relief in 2-3 minutes. I bought two of them to rotate when the battery ran down. It saved my life, I was completely exhausted from weeks of sleepless nights but with this machine I was able to functiona again. After almost six months I still have pain but not needed to use the machine in a month.
Really good machine for a really good price
This is the second time I've bought on of these. Its so much more versatile having 4 outputs rather than 2 which is ideal for someone who often has to trest multiple sources of pain at the same time. Its the easiest to use than any other TENS ive tried over the years (including the super expensive wireless ones). Electrodes are good too. Very sticky and easily refreshed with a little water. Great price, great results. I wish it came with its own case that cant store wires pads and machine in one place. The only storage thing it comes with is a drawstring bag to fit just the machine. Although you can store it in the in the box fine, there could be another storage solution to make it more compact to travel with. I used an old case from my previous tens machine.
Great Product
For the things I like about it first: The size, it’s very compact, looks like a small cellphone in the hands. My previous unit was extremely long and cumbersome, so I’m really appreciating the smaller size. The screen is very clear and nice to read, some with vision problems might struggle to see the smaller “modes” selections, but I think overall it’s quite good. As someone who constantly accidentally shut off or changed programs when bumping my old TENS machine, I LOVE the lock button, it’s essential in a TENS machine for me going forward. The overall quality is quite good, feels well-built when holding, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic whatsoever. The pads and the cords are great, these pads STICK. I’ve had difficulty finding a good pad that doesn’t lift and zap me, these could double as waxing strips as far as I’m concerned, but I’d rather that than not sticky enough. Also the cords are of nice length, my old one had extremely long cords and it become so cumbersome, these are perfect. The time adjustment is nice, with a max of 90 minutes. Controls are easy to understand and use. As for the battery, it seems to be really good, I haven’t charged it in days of moderate use, I also really appreciate it has an internal battery at all, I was going through too many AAA in my last TENS unit. Lastly, it has a nice carrying pouch to prevent screen scratches when in your pockets and such. For the things I think could be improved: While it’s small size almost guarantees it will fit in your pocket among all your other daily items, a clip would be really nice to have. Perhaps I just need to adjust, but I miss my old TENS programs. I find these aren’t as varied, and many of them I cannot even tell the difference, I feel they could have added a lot more variation, that’s probably my biggest gripe. I also prefer using some of the TENS programs as EMS, as the EMS settings aren’t quite what I was looking for in terms of patterns. Even with this unit on full battery, I still feel my old TENS unit packed a far bigger punch, though with that said I think it’s still powerful enough, there just isn’t much overhead (I’ve also only used 2 cords at a time, so if you’re using all 4 cords it may lower the power of each pad even more).Overall, I think you’ll be quite happy with this unit as I have been. This company seems to be highly regarded and I think this unit will last for years to come.
