I bought this set for lining drawers with peel and stick wallpaper, however one of the wallpapers came in as "real" wallpaper! I had no choice but to use it anyway due to time constraints. Had I not had this wonderful wallpaper kit, I would have been in trouble! The peel & stick wallpaper I used for the drawer liner was difficult to install, but the tools in this kit were excellent and got rid of all the air bubbles. Next, I used the traditional wallpaper to line another drawer. Again, this handy kit had everything I needed for a smooth job! I never wallpapered before and I was scared to do it lol! But due to the measuring tape to the spreaders, it came out great. I especially like the soft liner on the blue spreader. It works more gently for more delicate paper.

This little kit comes with everything you need and it is great to have on hand. It’s a really good value for the money. Just a X-Acto knife and extra blades are the same price or more at a craft store. The smoothing tools work really well with all of the beautiful peel and stick wallpapers that are on the market now. They are sturdy, but they don’t scratch off the surface of the wallpaper when you’re smoothing it out. I have used peel and stick wallpaper on my ceiling on pieces of furniture on countertops and just about everywhere else so these tools really came in handy. If you haven’t already done so look into some of these Peel and stick papers. They are so realistic looking and not like the cheesy contact paper of the 1970s. They have ones that look like weathered boards, tin ceiling tile, stone, brick, backsplash tile, paneling and high end designer statement wallpaper like you see in magazines. It is so easy to apply and looks so realistic. I am 62 year old grandma so my days of sawing and mitering to put up bead board myself or long past. With the help of this kit you can transform your home and give it a high end look with little cost and little effort.

I bought this for my first excursion into wall papering. I bought some great self adhesive wall paper and I am sure that was a great help in the process. I really found the scrapers useful, the razor blade not so much, I am not sure if the one I got was defective but the razor would not stay locked into place and kept falling out. This can be a hug pain when standing on a ladder with self adhesive wall paper hanging over your head. It is for this reason that I have to give the WHOLE kit a three star rating.

Bought this set to help hang self adhesive wall paper. This kit is a must to remove bubbles and trim off the excess. Easy to install, great price, well made, easy to clean adhesive off, not too big and bulky. Great kit to have.
