Buldak Tomato Pasta Ramen: the name alone sounds like something you’d find in a nightclub dressing room or whispered across an ashtray in Rome. I thought, tomato? How civilized. How Italian afternoon. And then—bam—the spice struck me like a lover’s slap in a Riviera hotel suite.It was vulgar, really—but in that lush, magnetic way only vulgarity can be when it’s been dressed up to the nines. The noodles were perfectly tousled, like the hair of someone who’s just come back from doing something they shouldn't have. And that sauce—bright, brash, unrepentant—was the culinary equivalent of crimson lipstick on a cigarette filter.There’s something almost southern gothic about it, like a debutante with a flask in her purse and secrets in her smile. It pretends to be pasta but don’t be fooled—it’s a late-night confession, a high-heeled escape, a burning letter torn in half.I found myself eating it slowly, ceremoniously, as if it were a last meal or the beginning of an affair. It’s ramen for poets, for criminals, for starlets on the verge of a breakdown.In short, it’s fabulous. And I wouldn’t change a thing.

These are very delicious. They almost have an Italian taste, and they are very spicy. My only issue was the price. Compared to the other flavors, I was overcharged for them.

I've been trying all sorts of Samyang Buldak recently and this was the flavor I was most worried about not liking. However, I think it might be my favorite. The sauce, to me, does not taste anywhere near as cheap as I've seen other people claim. Sure, it doesn't taste "fresh" or "home-made" (It's...instant ramen...), but to me it's like a Buldak combo'd with a simple spaghetti dinner that you used canned pasta sauce to make. Certainly not bad at all, and the Buldak spice and creaminess brings it to a high tier for me. I'm definitely buying more soon.

This is unique for a ramen pack because it has a tomato and oregano seasoning. Like most of this brand’s offerings, it is spicy, and this one is spicier than most. If you’re up to 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️-level heat, go for it.

Really nice, firm noodles. Nice portion and taste too.But be warned, I enjoy really spicy food and will consider adding hot sauce to every home-cooked meal, but the level of heat in these noodles is quite unique compared to anything I've ever found on a supermarket shelf.First item I ever experience that will deliver heat I need to spend time recovering from out of the box. Just WOW.

The noodles themselves are good.The "Tomato" paste that comes with this is almost black in color and would kill someone with Gerd. I like spicy food, but I honestly don't know how they can justify including sauce this hot. The sauce isn't even edible by most people in my opinion. You could add a tiny amount of the sauce and it will still burn your face off. I don't understand why anyone would mix it with the chicken flavored salt powder they also provide. It's just strange. Asian people who grew up eating this must be mixing in other ingredients because the paste and powder that are provided seem more like concentrates. I think the rest of us are missing something.

Samyang makes great ramen and this is just another great flavor. This has by far been one my personal favorites by Samyang. They really make an incredible product that hits the pallet just right when it comes to spice and flavor. I prefer this flavor in a way that I will purchase more than I need because of how much I enjoy the flavor. As you can see by the photo I added a half pound of cooked ground beef to the original recipe and it just spreads the deliciousness to the beef and really adds to the depth. I recommend this because if you enjoy spicy and in a sense "spaghetti" flavor this is for you. Try it without then with beef or ground chicken. I hope you have the same love and experience I did with this fantastic product. Thanks again Samyang. Keep it coming.
