Purchased a sim card for an unlocked phone. Installed the card without problems, but when you go to the T- Mobile site to activate the sim card, the option is blacked out and the only option you can chose is to buy an E - sim card in order to activate your phone. So, do not purchase a physical sim card or any of their physical card kits from T - Mobile. Basically, they will rob you for the purchase of two cards, and the physical one card you purchased will be nothing other than a storage card, because you can't activate it.T- Mobile = Trash Mobile.

The SIM card I purchased was sold by: "Stalion ReQuip". The card was ordered on 1/30/2024 and had an expiration date of 8/9/2024. The first thing I did was contact the T-Mobile Prepaid Customer Support line and let them know I purchased a T-Mobile SIM card online and wanted to activate it and add a prepaid plan at the same time. They needed the IMEI of the mobile device and the SIM card number to get started. They took my personal info and asked which plan I wanted to add. I went with the $10 plan. It turned out to be $11 and change after taxes. The SIM activated immediately.I wanted to port my VOIP number to the account, but I did not have the porting PIN during the call, so I had to choose a temporary phone number and then call back. It was easy enough, but if I had the PIN, I would have saved a phone call. If you plan to port a number, have all of the information (account number, porting PIN, billing address) ready ahead of time to save a call later on. The port happened immediately and everything was up and running. I was pleasantly surprised after reading how hard of a time others have had with these SIM cards. I hope this information helps someone else who plans to do the same.

I wanted to power up my old T-Mobile phone to look at the pictures I had on it which I have to have a T-Mobile sim card. Ordered this and it Didn't work with my dragon tattoo razor... So back to the drawing board

I called T Mobile ahead of time to activate the SIM and got 2.5 gigs of data, unlimited calls/texting for one month for $15 USD. The SIM worked very well for my entire trip. I also received a US number (FL area code) so important to note that you will create a T Mobile account and receive a US number. My Canadian number does not work while using this SIM card. Overall, super happy and would definitely order again.

I bought these for the purpose of purchasing a plan oniine when travelling through the US. After uying, I found out that they can only be used to buy a plan in a physical store. I did visit a store in the US to purchase a short term plan while traveling through the US (4 days) however the minimum length of time for packages was one month. Waste of money
Disappointed
I bought the card and even a plan. I must have missed the part where it highlighted that this is not compatible with all phones for activation because it would only work on my iPhone XR for activation and not my iPhone X. After making that change it allowed me to go through all the steps of activation and I even got a number but still no service. Cannot call, text or anything even after activating a service plan. I called customer service when after giving it a few days it was still not working….the lady took all the details and said she would reset it….still no service and I have no more energy to keep calling. Highly disappointed.
Terrible support and customer care
The SIM Card was told to us that it was necessary but when we got it we had no way of knowing how to program and/or install it so I have $200 worth of junk from China.......Stupid me
