Review:

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent guide, but doesn not cover all objections

C.E. · December 3, 2024

I needed a reference on a particular issue- contention questions in a deposition. Found it by researching online. BUT this is a great guide to have at trial and you can put it on counsel table open to the list of all the objections. Good to review before trial, too.

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor organization of material

C. · November 6, 2021

This book is so poorly organized / it’s all over the map - not helpful for quick reference.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Resource.

M. · May 10, 2021

Seriously great resource for trial attorneys! I’ve started buying a copy of this (or the state specific version) as a gift for new law school graduates. A great refresher for trial prep and easy to bring to court in case you need to check on something. Also perfect for those just learning the rules of evidence and how to use them.
