Initially I saw it was on sale for 15 bucks but then I read the reviews and it made me hesitant. A lot of people said it sucks. I bought it anyway since I only planned on using it for 2 months but it's damn good. I suspect some people here just didn't know how to use it. If you fill it to the "max" line, there will barely be any mist. Product designer messed up by not makgin the max line the "optimal" line, which they do have also. If you fill it up to there only the mist shoots higher and larger than any other humidifier I've ever owned. The angle is also perfect too. I've had humidifiers shoot out at 45 degrees and the thing will wet my carpet. This thing is probably 80 degrees or higher. The mist shoots high and falls just enough forward to not land on the table. At the optimal line, I estimate it lasts around 5hrs.I also love the no spill design. By this I mean other humidifiers have you remove the whole container and fill it with water and it has a spring loaded plug on the bottom. When you put the container in the humidifier base, the plug opens and water goes in and touches the transducer. What happens is the plug doesnt have a tight seal and can leak as you move the container. The container also always has some weird shape that makes it hard to fill. This one on the other hand only has to open the top and pour water in. You need your own pitcher but it's much easier to fill and never leaks. However, it's possible the transducer will leak in the future. I didn't check its construction but other humidifiers that have failed on me have had the seal around the transducer leak. It's designed to fail. A leak proof design would have a sealed transducer sit inside the tank and have only the small hole for wire sealed. This design would never leak and it's obvious it was designed to fail after a certain time period.As for the noise, don't put it next to your head and the noise is quite tolerable. It's lower than fish tank. Also the night light is a nice touch, the thing looks great.At 15 bucks, this product is amazing. If I was living in the harsh winters that I used to be in again, I'd buy 3 of these and survive the winter for only 45 bucks. Most cheap humidifiers fail after 3 months anyway and they usually cost 40 dollars and their mist isn't as good as this one. If this fails on me in under 2 months, I'll come back to give it 3 stars but for now, it deserves 10 stars. Tips for this, fill up to optimal line only. Have a pitcher of water next to it so you can refill easily. Leave the light on for style and it helps to see how low the water level is too.edit: so I've had it over 1 month now. I run it 24/7. The thing is still going strong. Probably the best humidfier I ever had even in the 40 dollar range but this cost only 15!!!!

The humidifier broke few weeks ago out of nowhere within six months of purchase. After contacting customer support over live chat, I came to know that this product had no warranty but as a courtesy I received a replacement. I would have given 2 stars but customer service and replacement deserves 5 stars. Not sure how long the new one would last. When it was working, there was no issues.

I had been using my vicks humidifier since I need a humid environment due to an eye condition. I live in Arizona so I needed a cool mist solution with a larger tank. This one works well but it was hard to clean. I couldn't get the tabs on the lid to pop so I could clean that which mean I needed to clean it mire frequently. I was finally able to do so. I have only had it a month. There was so much mold I'm the parts of the lid. I finally used the tip of a bottle opener to pop the tabs.

I really like this one, there are no felt-type inserts you have to worry about cleaning, either. I fill it up every night and it runs all night. If I do not use it, my nose gets stuffy. It's simple and easy to clean. TY!!

Couple issues with this humidifier after using for 4 months. Only using distilled water and the problems we see should not be occurring.- Mist control is inconsistent- The float part appears to be melting or chunking part of the nozzle.The water shows little chips of plastic in it after a couple hours of running now. It doesn't seem healthy so I'm gonna reach out to the seller to see what I'm doing wrong or if there is a fix.Update: 5/24/2025Dropping to 1 star. No longer produces a mist regardless to the control setting.Reached out to the company's customer service. They said they would reach back with a resolution within 24-48 hours. It's now been over a week with no word from them. MegaWise asked for my email, invoice copy, and address and not a word! What good is a product warranty if the company doesn't respond...Update 7/5/2024Moving to a 3 star because the warranty people got back with me, finally used the Bolo order id to send me a replacement humidifier. I will update again in a few months to report back on if the replacement is holding up better than the first one.Note: The MegaWise has fixed their website to handle warranty questions.

Much easier to clean & fill than my last humidifier (which only lasted 6 mos of daily usage -hoping THIS brand lasts longer...) I do appreciate it's ease-of-use, but wish its nightlight offered the option of one steady color (not crazy about the rainbow sequence of colors, but OK, it doesn't have to be turned on. Still, would've loved it more if it had just a soft, one-color nightlight.) But again, greatest feature is that it's so easy to fill and clean, so thumbs up for that.

Value for money
Honestly quite value for money. It worked well for over a year. (much better than the ones I had previously from another brand) Still works but seems the motor is having some problem now, there's a loud fan noise. Came here to purchase another one but sadly seems like they don't sell it anymore.
