Refresh Digital eye drops help with extreme dry eye on heavy screen use days in between using Rx drops. They have a soothing effect and are moisturizing. My ophthalmologist recommends I use them as much as I feel necessary.

I use to buy eye drops for sensitive or dry eyes by the bottle because of the cost, but inevitably, my eyes would get dryer and irritated over time and I would get this while film almost like a plastic coating on my eye lashes. I talked with my eye Dr and he explained that the bottles have a lot of preservatives added (makes sense since they are multi use) and that was causing the issues. I changed to these single use and while the cost was higher, I don't use them as much since the "cycle" of dry and irritated eyes doesn't occur.
