My son loves this for a quick meal to help him hit his macros goals! He says it tastes awesome and he ups the protien by throwing in some grilled chicken nuggets.

My son loves this Mac and Cheese. I always include it in his college care box because he keeps asking for more. He is a protein nut so he was happy to have another option that actually tasted good.

This is probably the best option for high protein mac n cheese. I've found I also like Goodles but the protein isn't as high. The only real reason for 4 and not 5 stars (would realistically be 4.5) is it's impossible to cook in the microwave without spilling over which can sometimes lead to the noodles not getting fully cooked. I am going to try and just boil water and pour it in and let it sit for 5 minutes as I have done with other microwaveable products. In the end the proportions are filling, the cheese flavor is surprisingly good, and if you do like I do and mix in 1 can of tuna and some peas its a pretty tasty and quick meal for around 500 calories with 40 grams of protein, and you get your mac n cheese fix.

when I first started eating this stuff, it was great. but now, however, I feel the quality has fallen off. idk if they changed their formula or manufactures, but there is a significant difference from a yr or 2 ago. taste is more bland and the cheese sauce is white instead of yellow. not that color matters, but jus to note theres obviously been a change. its good for a quick bite with the valuable protein available, but it encourages me to meal prep so I dont have to eat it. far from terrible tho

What I don’t like about this mac and cheese:1. Upon opening, everything is covered in the anti-boil-over powder, so when I removed the lid and sauce packet, the powder got on my fingers and counter. This stuff is sticky, tacky and gross feeling.2. I filled to just below the fill line and it boiled over anyway! Now I have to clean that sticky stuff, which is now also slimy, out of my microwave and it’s covering the entire container, which again got on my fingers and counter. It feels so tacky that just wiping it off with a paper towel isn’t enough so during this process I had to rinse my fingers multiple times. I also had to add more additional water than the package instructions mentioned due to the boil over.3. The flavor wasn’t good or satisfying and then the same evil substance made my mouth and throat feel tacky and slimy. It has been about twenty minutes since I ate this and I’ve drank water, but my mouth and throat still feel coated and my throat stings slightly. I’m also developing a tummy ache.So, all in all, I’ve disliked everything about the experience and cannot recommend this product.
