Both have natural, almost minty scent which I like. Tried the shampoo and so far, it’s amazing! it’s has considerably decreased my dandruff. I usually see flakes while styling my hair which was always so annoying but I’m so so glad it made such a difference! it’s not 100% gone but its certainly way less! my scalp felt so clean & refreshed too. For the serum, its a lifesaver! i love the applicator of this, lets you easily apply on yours roots. It has a cooling effect when applied which helped a lot with itchyness right away. Might need to try their conditioner soon!

Let me start by saying I don’t write reviews, but this stuff is worth the time. I wanted to wait a couple weeks after getting it and using it so that I wasn’t jumping the gun on my opinion. I’ve had scalp issues—itching, dryness, flaking— for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried everything from natural remedies to prescription strength and nothing worked. I did find temporary relief from Head & Shoulders, but I hated using it because I noticed more hair would fall out in the shower when I used it. I went into Jupiter with hopeful skepticism because I saw the reviews. I decided to try the serum before spending money on the shampoo and conditioner. After a couple weeks this stuff has given me a new scalp. It rejuvenates my scalp and hair every time I use it. It doesn’t leave it oily at all. I have relatively thick and wavy hair that I used to go three to four days without washing and now I can easily go 5 days. I used to get bad itching after sweating at the gym (the sweat would dry and create irritation) and even that has subsided. I can only speak for my experience but this stuff is absolutely worth the money. Easy to apply. The smell is nice but very subtle. So glad I went for it. I’m sure I will be purchasing other Jupiter products in the future.

This works! Bought for scalp itchiness and my head has never felt more refreshed! Also application is like a head massage. Has a cooling feel with applying, one use works until hair-wash day comes around.

Product definitely helps that my dandruff but it also was a bit greasy I feel and maybe dry out my hair a little. Overall though after like a week of using it, the side effects were less and I noticed somewhat of a decrease in my flakes. A bit more after a month. The packaging and company service are really nice.

My scalp for some reason, got really dry this winter and became extremely itchy. I searched online for a product that could not only help but was free of chemicals and cruelty free. This product popped up and seemed to check off everything I was looking for. It is definitely not the cheapest thing out there, but it WORKS! The cream is a little on the thicker side but it’s so easy to apply. It’s a dark gray which reminds me of the volcanic ash that it’s in it. To use it, all you do is apply some to your hands and massage it into your scalp. Then get a little more and put it in the rest of your hair. Set a timer for five minutes and then you’re good to rinse. The first time I used this, I didn’t even have the shampoo and conditioner that pairs along with this product and I still saw a huge difference. My scalp felt so moisturized and wasn’t itchy anymore. My hair, OMG my hair was so soft. My boyfriend who never even notices anything, commented on how flowy my hair looked after using this product. I was sold. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner as well and have been using all three. This is definitely a product that is worth its price and that I will highly recommend!

I love the applicator for this product. It makes putting it on your scalp really easy. However, it was hard to find a good happy medium for me in terms of scalp coverage. If I dont put enough on it doesn’t seem to help my scalp but if I put more on then my hair looks greasy. I know it’s supposed to be a leave in treatment but it is hard to justify using it during the day when it makes my hair looks oily and gross.

Finally! My 12yr old daughter has always hadA dry scalp. Horrible dandruff. We have tried so many things and THIS IS IT! We have used it once a week for 3 weeks now and she is flake free! I so happy this product works! We will use this once a week to keep her scalp healthy!
