I have been taking the Quercetin for many months. This is to help strengthen my immune system as well as to increase my absorption of zinc. I cannot remember the last time I caught a cold or flu. I switched to NatGrown brand a couple months ago because their product includes Bromelain and the balance of the 2 supplements in the dose. Quality company and a quality product.

Natgrown quercetin with bromelain offers 1000mg of quercetin and 300mg of bromelain in 2 capsules. I take one in the morning and one at night and my allergies are gone, pain and inflammation are greatly reduced.I have osteoarthritis and have recently been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia which prohibits me from taking NSAIDs. The bromelain in this formula eases my severe knee pain and allows me to get on with my life!I would recommend this product to my family and that's a big deal!

Honestly, I have not been taking Quercetin+Bromelain long enough to know if it has helped my Immune System. However, I have heard many comments from people who say this product will help those of us who are Health Compromised to withstand Virus’s and perhaps help with Covid19. I am willing to try anything and I have confidence that this company and product may help my compromised immune system.

Great supplement with high concentration of quercetin. I don’t use it for pain relief. I use it for allergies and other sinus symptoms. I also use it for generalized systemic inflammation. It should be taken on an empty stomach, because if you take it with food, the bromelain will work as a digestive enzyme instead of a systemic enzyme for inflammation. Inflammation is the cause of many diseases. I’ve been taking it daily to prevent the body from succumbing to colds or viruses. I’ve had symptoms of a cold coming on (stinging sinus, runny nose etc) and within an hour of taking it, the symptoms are gone.

Thank you to the maker of this product for creating something that helps the body's cells more readily absorb Vitamin C, D, Zinc, etc. There's a reason some of us haven't had to by into the propaganda and go to a doctor.

I ordered the Quercetin because one of my friends--who is a virologist--mentioned that Quercetin had shown good results for fighting off Covid-19. I researched, and found Natgrown on Bolo. I felt that the ingredients best met my needs with the 1000mg in 2 tablets. I've been taking it since November, and so far, so good. Also, I am around people, go to stores, and have flown 10-12 times in the past 8 months. I mention this only because I am active, and not just staying at home.
