Since starting this three years ago I’ve only developed one new stone, which is more than likely because I stopped taking it for a solid 6 months, it’s definetly effective for minimizing stone formation, my urine is normally a super dark concentration and smells, since this taking this supplement , my urine is now more clear and doenst have a smell to it.So all in all, it is not a snake oil, it’s 100% effective if you stay consistent in taking it and drink alot of water.

No new kidney stones yet in the year I have been taking this product. The pills are rather large and you need to take 4 of these a day so if you have difficulties swallowing large pills taking this supplement can be problematic.

These packets contain ingredients that are helpful not only for healthy urinary tract, but also for your body. Vitamin B6, magnesium, and potassium are things your body needs. Your body also needs sodium, but some people need to watch how much they take. This only contains 4% DV, so not too much.The package is pretty large compared to a bottle of 180 pills, but this powder version should be more quickly absorbed. Not really much taste, can be mixed with other beverages besides water.If you're taking other supplements be aware of double dosing by taking, for example, magnesium in this supplement and magnesium in another. It is difficult to evaluate physical improvements from supplements without taking them for a period of time, but the ingredients are known to be helpful for your body. I’ll update my review if necessary.Vegan, Gluten Free, Dye Free, Mfg in the USA, GMP compliant.2 packets/day, 180 included = 90 day supply.Received 2/23, expiration 9/24

This product was recommended by a urologist for a family member who had kidney stones to try and prevent a recurrence. So far, so good. The price if fair, especially when you consider the quickness of delivery and ease of ordering it through Bolo, especially since it is not easily found in local area stores.
