They’ve been pretty effective—less fatigue and no headaches like I used to get after sweating a lot. I like that they’re not sugary like some drinks. These do work, but I feel the quality is less than another brand I've tried. I get that ick feeling, like I ate something with toxins that my body needs to process more.... A good starter for the cheap price. You get what you pay for though...

Drinking 100% oz of water per day as instructed on a GLP-1 can really leave your electrolytes depleted. These are cost-effective and have no downsides I can see.

I've been taking electrolyte pills for years. First took the Hammer Nutrition pills that were very similar to these. Guess they went out of business so I have tried these and just finished my first bottle. Much easier to take when running or exercising in my opinion. I've run many races and was severely dehydrated. I found these and will always take them. I also ride my bike to work and on those hot and humid days I'll be sure to take a few to be sure I'm not sweating out all my water. There are also times when working in the yard and I'll take them. You have to keep salt in your system so that your body can absorb that water. These are a great alternative to sports drinks much cheaper and in my opinion more effective.

I’m not sure how a pill is supposed to hydrate you but I was looking forward to giving it a try. I didn’t notice any difference. But the seller read my review and provided me with a refund unexpectedly! So this was risk free for me to try. Im very impressed with the level of customer service.

It has electrolytes in it, but it also contains B-6 and zinc. These may be cofactors of some sort, but they should be listed in the description especially if you aren't showing the back of the supplement container. No where could I find that it has other things besides electrolytes in it. (they may change it up after this review) I cannot take b-6 at all as it causes me to have cystic acne and I have never had acne in my life. Needless to say I am furious over purchasing a misleading product.EDIT: AFTER POSTING MY REVIEW KEY NUTRIENTS REACHED OUT TO ME TO OFFER A FULL REFUND WHICH I APPRECIATE. SO I CHANGED MY ONE STAR REVIEW TO A 3 STAR TO REFLECT THEIR SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. EDIT: After my first 3 star review (below), the company reached out and offered a full refund. So I'm changing to 5 stars just based on customer service. And I'm sure the electrolytes would work better for others.‐-----So I understand that electrolytes can increase thirst, but these do so a LOT. I usually use liquid electrolytes that you add to water, but I wanted the tablets to take after a night of drinking, so I wouldn't have to also chug a 30oz bottle of water.I took two and drank about 8-10oz, went to bed. I was up all night dying of thirst. Dreaming of water. Obviously this could've been from the alcohol, except I've never experienced that amount of thirst before just from alcohol, especially if I drink water before bed too.I tried them twice more, once without having drank alcohol, and found the same thing happened each time. It seems like you need to drink a LOT of water with these which sort of defeats the purpose to me.

Helped me do a 3 day water fast!
I took these along with Himalayan salt water during my 3 day water fast. I adjusted the amount as needed. Only complaint is it's hella powdery inside the container. When tried to shake a pill out so did a bunch of powder. Not sure if another pill broke open or something.Update: few months later for another fast I just realized there's rice flour listed as "other ingredients"While the amount is small and may not affect ketosis, I will not buy again as I am looking for a more cleaner electrolyte option.
