I have a dairy allergy, but tolerate this very well. No reactions, no issues. It's smooth, rich, and always consistent in flavor and texture. The garlic-infused version is probably my favorite, but since they don’t offer it in a larger size, I stick with the original for better value.I also prefer this packaging over brands like Carrington use. Less mess, better seal, and more durable. If you’re sensitive to dairy or just want a clean, high-quality fat for cooking, this one’s hard to beat.

I never knew what Ghee was and a bit hesitant to buy it at first. Once I understood the health benefits I dived in. This Ghee Is wonderful in a cup of coffee in the morning. It has replaced all sweeteners, cream, etc and I absolutely love the taste.

This is my first time trying ghee butter and I am in love. I searched around for a good brand that wasn't overpriced, and most importantly easy on my stomach, Lactose free because I suffer with IBs. The flavor is so rich and taste like pure butter minus the unhealthy, processed ingredients. The taste is acutally better then my grass-fed Irish butter. This ghee butter brand is my new favorite. You have to try it! I use it on everything, including my homemade bread or toast. It's perfect for any sautéed meal especially vegetables.

Bought this to try and compare it to butter. I think this is good as an oil or butter substitute, but I think because I got the plain one there wasn't much flavor to it. I'll try one of the flavored ones for toast. It melted into a clear, thin layer, just like if we had put olive oil in the pan. It spreads super smooth right out of the jar. The only thing I will say is that because there's a three month use by date once opened I'd strongly recommend either writing down the date opened or the discard date on the lid in sharpie and make sure you use it by then. It's solid and came in a sealed jar. I do wish it was in a box though, not just in bubble wrap in with other purchases

It’s been a long time since I bought ghee, and I had honestly forgotten how good it tastes!I’ve been using it instead of butter lately — especially when I make omelets or sauté veggies — and it adds such a rich, nutty flavor that really elevates everything.The texture is smooth, it melts beautifully, and it doesn’t burn like regular butter. It’s also nice to know I’m using a more stable cooking fat that’s shelf-stable and lactose-free.If you’re looking for a flavorful and healthier alternative to butter or oils, I definitely recommend giving this ghee a try. I’m so happy I added it back into my kitchen!

This ghee has the same taste and texture as traditional Desi ghee—I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. It works perfectly in cooking and adds that authentic flavor to my dishes. Really impressed with the quality!

I got the "watery" product, Bolo stated out it's not eligible for return. It doesn't fair to me. I don't see it like the one as the video watched from 4th & Heart. I will never buy this product.
