Fantastic Quality and Fun for Little Ones!I’m beyond impressed with the Melissa & Doug Dentist Toy Set! The quality of this set is excellent—everything feels sturdy and durable, perfect for young hands. The pieces are well-made, and I love that they are all safe and non-toxic. This is a pretty cute set. I bought it after a dentist visit when my kids were curious about teeth and good brushing practices. The set was on sale for $19.99 and included a ton of items including a model tooth set with some teeth that were wiggly and you could pull on and they’d wiggle, a toothbrush to practice brushing, some stickers to be “tooth decay” and other items to make it fun for kids to learn about dental hygiene. Melissa and Doug is usually a draw for me to want to buy the toys. The quality is usually good and this set was no different. We also own the Melisa and Doug doctors kit so all items are now mixed together for the kids to play doctor/dentist. My kids are 2-8 and they all enjoy playing with the set. I think it has helped to make for better nighttime brushing routines.

This dentist kit is imaginative, hands-on, and terrific for young learners. Hours of play!!!!! My 9 year old absolutely loved this. It was not one of those toys that got thrown in a corner after a day. It's something she's had for about a year and continues to play with over and over. Perfect for younger and older kids to play with.I’d rate it 4.5 stars: excellent quality and value, but slightly marred by a loose jaw hinge that could benefit from reinforcement.

I bought this dentist play set for my granddaughter, and it’s been such a hit! She loves pretending to be the dentist and checking everyone’s teeth. The set is very well made — just what you’d expect from Melissa & Doug — with sturdy, colorful pieces that really encourage imaginative play. It’s also a fun way to help kids feel more comfortable about going to the dentist. Everything stores neatly in the case, which I really appreciate. This has quickly become one of her favorite toys. Highly recommend for any little one who loves to pretend and play!

My grandson has some tooth problems so he sees the "octopus doctor" frequently. Because of his tooth pain I was afraid he would start associating it negatively and got him this. He loves it and plays with the toothbrush and they are showing him how to brush his teeth properly. He won't need braces, God willing, but he enjoys taking them on and off.

As a dental hygienist, I think this play set is perfect! I bought it for a grandchild and she absolutely loves it. I figured I can also use it to educate my young patients. Very good quality, perfect size for little hands and so realistic. I did buy her some little disposable masks like mine at work. They stay on her ears better. I would definitely buy this again!
