I wasn't expecting quick results, but very quickly I felt calmer and slept deeper. I mix it with water before bed, and it tastes fine. My body feels less tense, especially my neck and shoulders. I've tried pills before but this powder absorbs way better. Feels like it's actually doing something.

I'm on my feet all day for work and used to get calf cramps at night. Started using this powder and it's made a huge difference. My muscles feel more relaxed, and I barely get cramps anymore. I take it with water after dinner. It doesn't have that weird taste either. Super glad I gave this a shot.

I take this powder in the evenings, and it's become part of my nightly routine. It really helps me unwind after work. My shoulders used to feel tight all the time, and now that tension is way less. It dissolves nicely and tastes mild, kind of neutral, which I like. I've noticed I wake up feeling more rested. Great stuff overall.

Same product as several competitors but better price. Good pkg. but I transfer mine to a small glass jar & add oxygen absorbtion pkt. (as I do with most supplments) but I don't think it matters much with minerals except corrosive copper.The silica & citric acid must be added as flow agents or preservatives but they are very common harmless substances. As long as you get the 150 mg. of traacs magnesium in a scoop as listed what does it matter ???

I decided to try a Magnesium supplement and came across Purisure Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder. The benefit of the powder is you can pretty much put it in anything. I decided to mix it in my morning smoothies and I couldn’t even taste it! Add all the benefits it boasts like boosted energy levels and better sleep. What a great product. My mother uses it now too because sometimes she gets cramps. So, she just mixes a scoop of the Purisure Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder in one of her drinks and her cramps are gone shortly after consuming. It has been a game changer for her leg cramps!
