May have gone longer but it was a choice to stop. I thought it had no tasted either which was a huge plus because sometimes it is difficult trying to choke down a nasty supplement. Highly recommend! Great product and supports a women owned business.

I was struggling with my supply and started taking these around 2 months postpartum and noticed a difference almost overnight. They are super effective for helping increase milk supply, which makes feeding my little one a lot easier and less stressful.

These are great, they don’t taste like anything and are easy to swallow. I’ve been taking them for a couple months now (postpartum) and so far no complaints.

My wife exclusively pumped for 13 months and used these. She said that they kept her regular and had normal bms, which isn’t typical for her. Love that they are smaller and don’t have a taste or smell to them either! Highly recommend for breastfeeding mothers.

Be mindful if you already have a good milk supply it might cause an over milk production like my case. I was already dealing with an over production, what got me sooo stressed and confused was the fact that the over production was getting under control and then out of nowhere I found myself with breast engorgement, breast completely full after an hour or so of feeding my baby. I had to stopped them immediately.
