The product said it would come with an ebook for pond water and when downloaded it, it was for an aquarium. Emailed the company and asked for the Pond E Book and they never responded!

This product comes with a downloadable instruction manual. That's not a convenient way to get information while out at a fish pond. But worse, the guidance for reading the results doesn't match how the results are lined up on the test strip.

It's confusing on how to tell if a body of water is fish safe. And it doesn't keep it's color indicator long enough to look up it's meaning.
