I bought these for vacations but I broke my leg and had to spend some time in bed. I gave my husband one for me to call him on when I needed something. He was thrilled of course. Ha!

These are used as an intercom w/ my disabled mother. They are easy to use. The sound quality is good. Only detraction is battery only lasts about 4 days when in standby, i. e. not is active use.

I ordered these for me and my 95 year old wife so we could communicate while in different rooms and while I'm out mowing the yard. After reading the reviews I was concerned about how hard it would be for my wife to press the talk button - but that is a non-issue as we are so pleased that it takes very little pressure to activate. These are so compact and light! They are very easy and comfortible to hold. They charge via the USB-C socket on the side and there is no need to remove the belt clip for this. If you use the clip, it's easy to attach and remove. The range is great as I tested it from across the street and all around the outside of our house (for lawn mowing use) and it works great! The speaker volume is adjustable and can be set plenty loud. The sound quality is excellent! I'm so delighted with these. I highly recommend them!

I rarely give one-star reviews, nor do I usually pay attention to them, but I think you should be warned. I thought I was purchasing brand new products as this advertisement did not indicate otherwise. No, I received this "three-pack" loosely placed inside a plastic bag. No manufacturer packaging and no manufacturer user manuals. Three out of three chargers did NOT work and one belt clip was missing. Since the chargers didn't work I could not test the radios. I used the "chat" feature with Bolo customer service to deal with this problem. The representative confirmed I was sent, (without my knowledge), "used" products. Considering the radios had been returned by a previous customer and allegedly "reconditioned", it's a safe bet the radios would not have worked either. A bit of advice; never intentionally purchase "reconditioned" products. I've never had a reconditioned product work for long or even at all. So, prospective customers, this product was advertised falsely, these were not new products as you are led to believe. Fortunately I was able to return this product for a "promised" full refund once they receive the return shipment. We'll see about that...

I chose this model because I wanted one that lights up when a call comes in. That way, when I have headphones on, I can see a call is coming in, and can remove my headphones to listen. But the light flashes intermittently every few seconds while on standy (i.e whenever it is functional). This renders the light-up feature useless. It's also is enough to disturb my sleep (as I prefer a totally dark room, with no lights flashing).I also dislike there being no charging station. In order to charge this you have to partially remove a plastic side-panel and plug in the cable.Finally, I would prefer a ring-tone instead of a voice suddenly talking. This has an SOS alarm, but it is very jarring.If these issues don't matter to you, then this model may be for you. A family member had to stay at our house and it was easy to let us know that he needed assistance. Very easy to use and the ability for him to call us at night if help was needed. I looked into an intercom system but at the time he wasn’t able to use. This is one button to talk and is portable. Battery operated and easy to charge. Great value for the money.
