Mine came a day early, and the box was undamaged, which was a concern considering the size. The quality of the parts was great, extra parts included. Instructions are a little weak (a single printed page), but enough, and were easy enough to get aligned and put together.The adjustability is awesome in terms of backward/forward and in/out towards the body. Put on new Ram 1500 with them all the way out, and they are still very sturdy and good-looking. Would highly recommend them, especially considering the price. They take abuse instead of the body, so no matter what, any running boards will be beaten up. So why spend a fortune on something that works as well as these do?

Perfect Match for Chrome Bumpers – Strong, Stylish, and Worth It!Easy installation 2019 Ram 1500 should already have the 8 mm studs, so just grab M8 x 1.25 nuts and washers, torque to 15 ft‑lb, and you’re good. Clean any paint or debris off the studs first to ensure smooth threading. With that being said it’s still comes with other nuts washers and hardware.I couldn’t be happier with these running boards! They go perfectly with the chrome bumpers on my truck – it’s like they were made to match. The chrome accents really tie the whole look together and give my Ram a cleaner, more finished appearance.But these boards aren’t just for looks – they’re solid. You can feel the sturdiness as soon as you step on them. No flex, no wobble. Installation was straightforward with the right tools, and once they were on, they felt like part of the truck.They’ve made it way easier for my family to hop in and out, and I’ve already gotten a few compliments on how sharp they make the truck look. If you want a functional upgrade that adds to your truck’s style and strength, these are definitely the way to go.

The media could not be loaded. 56 yo petite female with a bad knee installed by myself. So much good to say about these running boards.2023 Ram 1500 V8, 4x4 fit perfectly. Luckily I already had bolts in place (Thank you Ram!) you need a 13mm socket or wrench (deep if possible) or a 12mm & 14mm. Takes no time, nuts for included bolts fit, lots of toggle room on brackets and under rail mounts. I installed all, got it where I wanted, positioned and then tightened. Looks great, doesn’t feel really strong but they held my 210 lb son with no problem as he bounced up and down between mounts. Only gripe was a small piece of metal likely off the honeycomb insert screws was rolling around and scratched a rail, same rail has a cap that doesn’t fit snug, after inspecting it wasn’t screwed in properly, not a big deal but could collect mud/water as even after tightening it didn’t draw the cap in more. They were so well packaged and I did not remove the bubble wrap until they were installed and bolted so I didn’t see the scratch until it was fully installed. I just cut slits in the wrap to sit on brackets and bolted to protect them during install. In addition to being an old lady I installed these in almost 100 degree weather with astronomical humidity. Did the 1st one in about an hour because I’m also OCD. It took more time digging out tools and disassembling packing than install. 2nd one in about 40 minutes, high temp had me going slower. A child could install if pre bolting in place as they line up perfectly on the Ram.

Does NOT fit a 2025 crew 2500, not sure how it fits any 2025 when they all the crew cabs are the same. Every mounting bracket was bent. It feels like cheap plastic. I would return it but I don’t want to be charged for shipping. I guess I will have to drill into the truck to make it work. Not a single hole lines up with the bracket and the width is far wider than the factory holes for an OEM step.

Overall it seem to be good quality, even for being hallow. The main issue I'm having is although the bar is 6 inches deep, only about 3-4 inches of it sticks out to step on.. the rest is hidden beneath the truck. I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but I did not see any way of moving it out any further. Technically, I could move it out about 1 inch further, but then it hangs down toward the ground and isn't level (base on how it sits on the mounting brackets). You really have to push it all the way in towards the truck for it to sit level on the mounting brackets, which is what causes half of it to be unusable. If they had made the platform of the mounting bracket protrude further out from the truck, that would solve the issue. Basically, I have to step sideways on the bar in order to use it. if I step directly onto it, only about 1/3 of my shoe fits on it.
Easiest step I have ever fit
These are nicely made, and installed in less than anhour. I bought from my son’s Ram Rebel to keep parking lots morons from denting his truck.They look great.Downside: Was missing all m8 nuts and washers? Picked them up at Canadian Tire and good to go.Would be a 5/5 if the parts were all in the box.These are a good buy.
Damaged product
I was so excited to purchase this product.....looks very nice but both sides were damaged.... and it looks like I'm not the only one complaining about it...very easy to install, all hardware included
Ordered new, got used
Package received had been previously opened and poorly taped back, the old shipping sticker was on the box but mostly cut out. The mounting nuts and washers were missing and the rails were scratched and chipped.
