It seems I always worked 4 to midnight so I missed going to the theater. I moved out to the sticks in '92 and there is still no cable TV here. I got DirecTv in '99 (the first thing I bought on eBay!) but passed on HBO and such. So, I've never seen any of these movies.This is a good set. I liked every single movie. At about $20 for 10 movies you can't beat the price.

First, the video and audio quality of these movies are just wonderful, as you would expect on Blu-ray discs. The extras vary by movie from a significant amount to nothing. All ten movies fit in a one inch thick (more or less) case, and surprisingly for many box sets, the plastic holds up, the discs fully snap in without rolling around: top notch!The issue is the mixed bag of movies. Some are good, some are real dogs. Of course, that's all subjective, so you get what you get. La mayoría de estas películas tienen el sonido DTS HD Máster Audio el cual es muy bueno si cuentas con un teatro en casa para ver tus películas. La película de Pacific Rim Uprisign cuenta con Colby Atmos. Hasta el momento de esta revisión las películas que he visto son: Pacific Rim Uprisign (atmos), Pitch black, Repo man, Serenity, Seventh son y Waterworld todas con sonido DTS HD Máster Audio, así que no te defraudaran si tienes un teatro en casa dedicado en tu sala.Audio: Receptor Yamaha RXA-780 compatible con Dolby Atmos, canal central Elac, Torres frontales Yamaha, torres surround Pioneer, altavoces para Atmos Polk Audio colocados en techo (presencia). La calidad de audio de los blueray puede resumirse así: Dolby Atmos, DTS HD Máster Audio y Dolby TrueHD tienen la calidad de audio original (completa) de las películas, mientras que DTS Surround y Dolby Digital (plus) la calidad de audio es baja. Si tienes un teatro en casa compatible con Atmos, debes buscar este formato en las características de los blueray, no obstante, el audio DTS HD Máster Audio y Dolby TrueHD es muy bueno, ya que puedes escuchar los detalles que aparecen en cada una de las películas que dependen del entorno de la escena como sonidos de aves, ríos, gente hablando a lo lejos, etc.

La adquirí al precio más barato que estaba en ese momento vale la pena pero recomiendo la versión Blu ray de esta solo si la encuentras en $400
