Got one of these for white elephant gift exchange on Christmas. Wasn't too happy about it till I brushed my teeth with it. Definitely the best manual toothbrush out. Feels great on gums and cleans well.

It fits in my mouth
This toothbrush isn't too large or too short. It consists of a handle and a brush, the bare minimum to be a toothbrush. Yet its all I need, it fits my dollop of paste and it's comfortable to move over my teeth. The tongue cleaner is a great addition, so I can gag at the end of my brushing session. Recommend.
