This product is great! A little back story, I started tracking food/calories since March. I do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training 5 to 6 times a week. I lost a total of 6 pounds in 4 months!!!! One week of these I dropped 6 pounds and my appetite is is way less along with my cravings. Honestly the best supplement I ever used!

The product works - but I had rhinorrhea the entire day! At first, I thought I had an allergy to something in my home. But I hadn't introduced anything new in my home. Then I thought it was seasonal allergies - but I take Allegra daily so I discarded that idea. The only new thing I had started taking was this berberine supplement. Stopped taking it and my rhinorrhea stopped! I just started taking a different berberine w cinnamon supplement and ... no rhinorrhea! Gave it 3 stars because it is effective for its intended purpose but, for me, causes unwanted side effects. Have another unopened bottle of this supplement that I will just have to discard. Bummer.
