I bought these to use for our science lessons in my third grade classroom. They are perfect beginning explorations about magnets. As others note, our hands were left with black residue, but it washes off easily. If they weren't strong enough for an experiment, we just doubled the magnets up.

These come in a foam tray and do tend to jump out of their sockets and attract to other magnets. Strong ferrite magnets that work great for projects that mount on metal doors. Probably the best general use magnets we have bought.

Best Package and Magnets I've seen!! COMPLETELY SURPRISED of the magnets packing way! It was protected perfectly outside, I bought magnet rings before from others and never seen like this.In terms of actual magnetic properties, these work quite well. They hold to the fridge and the perler beads.For the quantity I love the price. These magnets are very strong by far. My girls also use these magnets for their crafts. Anyway, a happy purchase experience and I think the persons in this company must be responsible guys! will buy again
