Love black sesame dessert soup but most over the shelf contains sugar. Thought to give this a try so that I can control the amount of sugar in the dessert soup.The texture of this powder is more coarse comparing to those prepackaged ones that you can find over the shelf at Asian market. I’m not a fan so ended up not using for dessert soup.The product is fresh but unfortunately the texture is not what I’m looking for.

Used for seasame lattesIt's a very nice quality powder. It's still on the bigger wide so I like to grind through a strainer. Tastes good.I guess I got lucky based on some reviews, mine didnt come bent or broken or moldy or close to the expiration date. The only bummer is it says toss out after 45 days of opening. That's only about a month and half of usage, I will probably keep it longer than that.

Read up on the benefits of the black sesame seed powder before purchasing to see if right for you. I mix into my green drink in the morning recommended amount. I really don't taste any flavor, but I don't like it in my coffee, though. ;).

The product had an expiration date one week from when it arrived. I had to throw it away After only one week of use.Very unhappy as it is unreturnable
