I was able to view a 35 year old vhs tape that included my daughters birth and her dedication at church, after using this vcr head cleaner. Thank you for providing a great quality item that actually works, before I used it the display was mostly static

When I put this cleaning tape in the VCR it does nothing. The machine makes a terrible racket and the tape counter on the machine doesn’t move. It’s obvious the tape reels on the cassette are not moving which means of course it’s not doing any cleaning. Very sorry I purchased this junk.
