Delicious. Excellent product.

Honestly, this was the first time I’ve ever had or made a meal with yellow split peas! Last evening I made a lovely soup that turned out great! Basically, I kept it plain and simple cause I wanted to really taste the peas that were cooking (2 cups of peas in 6 cups of water) instead of using any other kind of a broth stock. Then I added one chopped up onion, two celery stocks sliced up, & two cloves of garlic that I had sautéed. It was then that I added some sea salt and seasoned pepper to taste. I previously sliced off a section of deli meat, & seasoned it with smoked paprika after I had cut it into little square chunks. Then I placed them into the soup as well after the peas became a smoother consistency, & about a half hour before serving. The peas still maintained their own particular flavor as the hit of the show, and complimented the other ingredients in the soup 😋. I also went one step further and served toasted cheese sandwiches along with our soup. Sam really liked the yellow split pea soup as he never had the yellow ones before either 🤗.

Lots of nice surprises. Arrived earlier than I expected.The bag it came in was so adorable, and useful. The peas were all surprisingly large, whole, and not a crushed bean in the bunch. Soaking some now for a batch of crunchy peas I’ve been wanting to make. Also, the price was right. Walked into health food store just yesterday, and was surprised at price per pound. These were nicer than the health food store, and cheaper. Thank you

My husbands grandmother made yellow spilt pea soup. Which was passed on to me by my mother in law. Trying to find yellow spilt peas in grocery’s stores is extremely difficult! My mother in law had given “Yu Pick” peas a try and they took too long too cook. Then she went back to Goya and honestly I didn’t care for the taste anymore. After some searching I came across Clear Creeks Peas. They cooked great and tasted the best! Thank you for helping our family traditions caring on!

I use these to make my Swedish yellow pea soup. They are wonderful. I highly recommend
