I bought the watch, a gold one with a blue dial. It looks great, keeps good time, and is very reasonably priced. I had to buy something for emergency use because my Bulova was stolen, but now that I'm retired, I think those will be fine. The tool for changing the links is very poor quality. But I bought a tool, and it makes changing them very easy. The battery only lasted a year and two months, and there's no way to change it. I'm going to buy another one, but I'll make sure it has a battery that I can change, or I'll buy the automatic one.

My first comment deals with wrist band. Before ordering measure your wrist. My wrist is about 7 inches or 18 CMs so when the band is closed there is close to being a tight fit. Eventhough the band can be adjusted it came at its max setting. If you are concerned about the watch or any watch with a metal wrist band submit a question and get inputs from others.The second comment deals with the clear plastic protective wrapped around the watch. The instructions do not indicate that the protective plastic neds to be removed.Finally, if you intend to use the date features you may need to carry a magnifier with you as they are very hard to read. I tried using two different magnifiers and could not read them. Fortunately being able to use the date indicates was not a feature I need to use.
