Excellent Paleo Keto dark chocolate chip. Good taste. Great specs. Best Ive found. I use them in my Culina plain & simple non dairy paleo keto yogurt with some pecan butter & sprouted raw pumpkin seeds. Very Keto, very low net carbs & delicious.

pros- taste is good, versatile and bakes well. Cons- seize easily so bge careful when melting. I recommend pouring hot liquid into them to melt for ganache, fudge, etc. Just take extra care. They made wonderful low carb fantasy fudge with Choczero marshmallows.

these were the best chocolate chips I have ever used in all my years & years of baking..... not too sweet (because of dark chocolate & the coconut sugar) but so flavorful.... melt in your mouth..... HOWEVER..... they just discontinued the regular chocolate chip size & are only selling mini chips.... mini chips do not work at all as well in cookies.... they get lost & do not provide the same taste satisfying experience when you bite into the cookie.... I am so hoping they reconsider & bring back the regular size.... I don't know how or why this decision was made to go with minis only?!?!

Move over, Nestlé, Ghirardelli, and Hershey’s—this brand is the real deal. It’s way healthier, and at 72% cacao, it’s the perfect balance of sweetness. I’m on a keto diet, and this makes for a perfect sweet treat or dessert after a meal. Totally recommend it!

Love the taste and lower sugar content. I don't feel guilty snacking or baking with these!! Not a fan of erythritol as a sweetner so very glad I found low sugar option that didn't contain it.
