I use this for my coffee as a coffee creamer. The flavor is divine, and the shake is thick and sweet. Makes coffee so good. Also I add this Caramel shake to my banana fruit smoothies -- it makes the fruit smoothies delicious!

For me, this is a little much to drink straight. It is very sweet, possibly the sweetest tasting of all the shakes I have tried. However, I HAVE TO HAVE THIS ON HAND for my coffee. It is divine! A great way to save money on expensive coffees and it’s much healthier, too! I keep cold coffee in my fridge ready in the mornings to mix with this shake, pour into a cup with ice, and hop in my car to work! And during colder weather it is DIVINE in hot coffee. Beats any sugar-free coffee creamer on the market.

if you tend to skip meals because you're always on the go, these shakes are the way to go. As I get older, it becomes more difficult to keep my weight down, especially skipping meals. When I'm on the go, I grab one of these shakes. They really taste good, and feel like you've had something to eat. Beware, this flavor is one of the best and sometimes difficult to find.

For me and my modified keto diet plan, they fit my diet and also help me ward off some cravings. They taste really good, they’re thick and smooth so you feel like you’re cheating while you’re drinking them and they fit in with my diet plan.
